Heather, our host, was wonderful! She reached out to make sure our stay was going well, and she was very friendly. The cabin was awesome. Very private. We booked her place because it was right next to a creek, which was so relaxing! The cabin was great and just the right size for 3 of us to have a comfortable stay. We hope to be back in the summertime so that my daughter can enjoy playing in the creek!

My husband and I both really enjoyed our time at this house. It was a perfect retreat from a busy week. The house was very clean and very peaceful. The space near the creek was a wonderful place to sit and reenergize. And Heather quickly responded when we had a question.

What a beautiful property. It really is quiet and secluded despite being right in Clayton. Thoughtful amenities and the bed was so comfortable. The fire pit is right next to the creek. The street is quiet and the property is so shady. The hot tub is the perfect place to listen to nature. Loved the outdoor seating on the front for reading in the early morning. Check in is super easy and the host is great. Hope to return some day soon!

The cottage was perfect. It is furnished with everything you can think of and more. We used the hot tub and roasted marshmallows over the fire pit. I truly enjoyed the easy walk into town.

Great place to spend time too get away from it all. Loved that it was walking distance to downtown Clayton, which has plenty of shopping and places to eat. The house has a beautiful outdoor area, but wish it would have had a gas bbq grill. Definitely will be going back.

We had a great time at the cabin! Enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning. Enjoyed wine in the hot tub in the afternoon's. Fire pit by the creek was so nice, be careful that last step when rainy is slick ;) The beds were sooo comfortable. Quality linens were a luxury, wish we had just a few more towels but made do. Heather checked in on us when we arrived, to see if we needed anything, such a nice gesture! The hot tub was such a treat, it was agreed with the girls we picked the best cabin in Clayton!

If you’re thinking too good to be true, you’re only 1/2 right - this place is great and is true! Just as advertised - on side road that leads to town (650 steps to Currahee Brewing) and about 500 more steps to Main Street of town with all the shops and restaurants. Plenty of great hiking nearby - Black Rock state park & Foxfire 10 minutes away plus other trails in War Woman area. About 15 minutes to Tallulah Gorge and must-visit Tallulah 1882 cafe. We loved relaxing on the front porch when it rained, and enjoyed evenings by the fire pit after a hot tub dip. The kitchen is well equipped and home very clean. Will absolutely be back!

The property was very well kept. Very clean. Decorated nicely. The only downside was no coffee maker. But luckily there are many places to get a coffee early in the am nearby
