I was traveling with colleagues for a business trip and to enjoy the College World Series. We needed to each have our separate area and this house was absolutely the perfect setup for us. The check in and check out were the easiest I have ever experienced, the house was very and I mean very clean and had all the supplies necessary to make us all feel right at home. The entire home, front porch, and one-car garage are yours to enjoy.
• Self Check-In: Instructions will be sent the day before your stay. Please read carefully and reach out right away if anything isn’t working—we’re here to help!
• Full use of the kitchen, fridge, washer, and dryer.
• We’re available 10 AM–6 PM daily, and 24/7 in case of emergencies.
• Have a question Just ask—we’ll do our best to make your stay seamless and stress-free.

To keep your stay safe and enjoyable, please follow our house rules and local laws:
• Quiet hours begin at 9 PM—please respect our neighbors.
• Check-in: 4–8 PM | Check-out: 11 AM.
• No parties or events—any damage or excessive mess may result in penalties.
• Families welcome! Please note: the home has many stairs.
• Primary renter must be 21+ and present for the entire booking.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and any damages or injuries caused.
• Use of any exercise equipment on the property is at your own risk. By using it, you assume all risk of injury and agree to release and hold harmless the property owner from any liability. Guests must use equipment responsibly and must be over 21.
• We are not responsible for items left behind—please double-check before departure.
• Commercial Photography/Filming: A Certificate of Insurance (COI) with workers comp & general liability coverage is required prior to booking completion.
