It was easy to communicate with Mitchell, the property was very clean and comfortable, and suited us perfectly for the weekend we were there! Having off-street parking was helpful, and the private backyard was nice as well.

Convenient location near the stadium. Only has 1 shower. Listing makes it seem like there are 2 but other than that a great spot to be!

The location was perfect. The neighborhood was nice and not really that busy considering where it's located. It was a short walk to the AT&T Stadium and kept us from having to pay additional parking fees and having to worry about driving in the traffic. The house was clean and fully stocked with toiletries, towels, soaps, appliances, and blankets/pillows. Everything that was listed was available and usable. The beds were comfortable. The check-out instructions were clear and simple. We didn't have any issues gaining entry to the house using the keypad code that was assigned to us. The garage was accessible and easy to use. My family and I were very pleased with our stay here. Definitely a must book property if you're looking for something close to the stadium.

I met family in town and the location was perfect for us. We were doing siteseeing in Fort Worth, along with Rangers games and the behind the scene tour of AT&T stadium. We were able to walk to both stadiums and had a great time. House was clean and probably the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Strongly recommend.

Great location

My husband, myself and one other couple reserved this house and it was perfect for a long weekend. We attended an event at AT&T Stadium, which is a short walk or short uber ride. Mitchell was very reponsive to my questions and answered almost immediately. Would definitely come back again.

Suggest installing a small tile rack in the commode area for the hand towel. Patio area should’ve been swept and been more tidy. Washing machine performed poorly and took a long time to wash and had a bunch of rags in it before it could even be used.

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay. Perfect location for at&t stadium. Safe neighborhood with plenty of food options around.

The property was comfortable and clean. We were visiting Waco, Dallas and Fort Worth so this property was conveniently located. The host was quick to respond and allowed an early check-in.

It was a good stay, had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Only about a 20 minute walk to Globe Life field and like 10 minutes to At&t Cowboys stadium.

The homes location was great. it's a short walk to the football and baseball stadiums as well as Texas Live. The home is newly updated and clean. The owner was very responsive to questions I had and after we left an item upon checkout, he was more than happy to send the item back. I would highly recommend this rental, especially if you're attending football or baseball games.

We were there for a cheer competition at art stadium. The location was great and the place was exactly what we needed.

When getting to the house I felt like it was in a nice, safe, middle income neighborhood and close to just about anything you could need. Entry into the house was easy with the instructions I was given and there was plenty of off street parking. We only had 1 vehicle but you could easily fit 2 vehicles, possibly 3. The house was nicely updated, clean and as described. The rooms all had closets with hangers and under bed drawers for storage. The house was equipped with plenty of towels, washcloths and enough toilet paper and paper towels so that we didn’t have to go purchase any while we were there. The listing stated 2 full baths but it was actually a Jack and Jill situation with a nice large shower between the two, which wasn’t an issue for us. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. The outside space was nice we just didn’t have the time to enjoy it. Loved the large kitchen and giant island, we spent quite a bit of time there. The washer and dryer in the garage worked great. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and will definitely book this house again if we come back to the area.

Very Clean and well maintained. Small but well laid out to maximize efficiency, Large Backyard. 5-minute walk to AT&T and many other attractions. Parking is so expensive at these venues, so it is definitely a plus! We would definitely stay again.

The house was really nice and updated. I was really impressed with the stocked supplies (hand soap, toilet paper, towels, etc.). The bathrooms were more 1.5 bath baths than 2 full. Overall nice house, would rent again if in the area.

The house was great. There is a really nice outdoor area to sit. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen was big and there was a TV in every room. Was within walking distance to AT&T stadium. The owner was very quick to respond to all our questions. Would highly recommend staying there!
