Stayed Jul 30, 2025July 2025 -- we had a wonderful stay at this property. It was as advertised -- in walking distance to Chatham's Mainstreet which is full of shopping/restaurants. Also in walking distance to Cape Cod league baseball field which was fun! Impeccably clean and well furnished. The property manager Susan was super communicative and easy to deal with. She made lots of recommendations which were fabulous. Would stay here again. HIGHLY recommend this property and this precious town. Our first time to the Cape --we will be back!!!

Stayed Jul 2, 2025This house is so charming, and close to many fun things in Chatham! We were there over the 4th of July and got to see the parade go right by! We walked to get coffee and pastries daily, and the walk into town to go shopping was only minutes away!It didn’t bother us at all, but it is right next to a cemetery.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024Host Susan allowed us to check in early which really added to the value of this rental. We have been staying in Chatham for years and this was by far the nicest property we’ve had. I would say this listing is almost elegant and was above my expectations.
