Walk to Broadway & Midtown • 5BR Townhouse Sleeps 12 • Private House Concert

We met here from multiple states for a girls/cousions weekend. The house is impeccable! Clean as a pen! Very well stocked! Location was perfect! We could literally walk to anything. The neighborhood was very safe. I have to say the highlight of our trip was the Casa Concert. An entire concert in our own livingroom! Heidi Newfield and guest rocked the house! Rob, you truly out did yourself! We had the time of our lives! Thank you for everything!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family trip. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, well appointed and room for everyone. The house is centrally located and within walking distance to everything. Rob was a wonderful host, great communication and accommodated early arrival and late check out. We would highly recommend staying here and in fact would stay here anytime we come to Nashville.

This is a beautiful and very clean home. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. There is a great living room area and even a nice sitting area outside. It is a short walk to Broadway and other places in Nashville. The owner, Rob, was such a pleasure to deal with and gave us great suggestions on places to go visit or eat. I stayed at the house with four other ladies and we had a great experience. We will definitely rent this property again the next time we are in Nashville.

Rob was amazing. The house was stocked with towels, showering supplies, full packs of make up wipes and everything we would need in the kitchen. There was even extra sunscreen in the pantry. He even brought over extra board games from his collection when we mentioned we were having a quiet night in.Beautiful house and close to lots of fun things to do.

The house was pristine, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked. We walked to the Gulch and coffee shops. The location was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Nashville - would highly recommend for a larger group - had 10 total and no problems at all with space and accommodations. Easy check in and checkout - super clean. Great location with a quick uber to Broadway and walkable to morning coffee shops etc.

The house was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for activities. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice and easy to get to the broadway. Plus points for a Safe stay with security system.

Absolutely the best place and host ever! Wish we had found it 3 years ago when our daughter started college! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, great space for family… I could go on and on!

The property was beautiful, clean, my husband called it legendary. There is so much closet space, it’s wonderful. The host even helped me (within minutes) when I accidentally set off the security system. Thank you for this incredible trip! We would absolutely be lucky to stay here again.

The location was great for a quick Uber to anywhere you wanted to go. The description was spot on and the house was perfect for enjoying time with family and friends! Rob was quick to respond and offered some great local information.

We had a great time in Nashville & staying at the 5-Star Music Row house. Rob was very helpful with our questions and responded quickly! The house had everything we needed and was in a great neighborhood. The house was very nice. We enjoyed sitting outside having our morning coffee. Everything is a short Uber ride away great restaurants and great entertainment. We would definitely stay there again!

The home is in a beautiful part of downtown Nashville within walking distance to lots of fun things, but also still has a quiet neighborhood feel. It was clean, up to date, comfortable, and an absolute pleasure to stay at. Would definitely stay here again if in town.

The house was perfect, we couldnt ask for a better space for a group of 5. The house was amazing and very well built. This will be our go to spot for all future trips. The host Rob was hands down the best and most understanding host you could ever ask for.

This home was perfect in every way. All five bedrooms were roomy and well-appointed with ample areas for clothing, luggage, and essentials. There were 6 women on this trip and we each had our own space. Even the woman who took the couch was super comfortable because a foam topper was provided. This VRBO was SPOTLESSLY clean and very tastefully decorated with an appropriate Nashville theme, including the outdoor living space. There was an ample amount of linens provided, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We never felt we were stepping in each other's toes and enjoyed gathering around the kitchen island and the dining table. The location was awesome. We didn't walk to attractions, but you definitely could. Lyft and Ubers were there in under 4 minutes always. We met our host, too, and he was very nice and accommodating. If I could rate the whole stay above 5 stars, I would, and all my travel friends agree.

This was a fabulous place to stay for a family wedding in Nashville. It was close to events in town while still being a quiet, lovely neighborhood for the downtimes in between. We had a wide age-range, but the spacious floorplan and bedroom made it very comfortable for all! Most of all, we appreciated the owner's personal communication that made us feel so welcome. Rob made everything so easy! HIGHLY recommend this terrific place!

It's a beautiful property with five bedrooms that worked great for two families to enjoy Nashville. The unit was clean, well equipped and the host second to none. The best host I have ever come across. Next time in Nashville we would stay at the same property.

My boyfriend & friends all came with me to celebrate my birthday in Nashville! We chose this house because it was huge and appeared to be maintained very well. To our surprise it was even better than we thought! The house was absolutely spotless & perfect for our group!! My boyfriend also surprised me with the private concert you can book that takes place right in the living room! Rob was so easy to talk to & even let us know some of the local spots to hang out at! We stayed here for a long weekend with a group of 9. It was the perfect size. Everyone had their own space and there was enough room downstairs for everyone to gather and hang out. It’s actually much larger than in the pictures show. Very clean too!!Rob was wonderful giving me recommendations and answering any/all questions I had. We walked to a few places nearby but Ubers and Lyfts were easy to get and it took around 5 minutes to get into areas of the city. Also, about 12 minutes from the airport so very convenient in that factor as well.Overall, very happy we booked this house for our trip.

We could not have had a better experience. We came with a party of 10 (ages 17 to 61) and there was tons of room for all of us, kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Rob was an incredible host, had tons of great suggestions for food and venues to visit. We did the Casa Concert and it was INCREDIBLE, the adults and kids both loved it and there was something for all of us. To have a Hall of Fame songwriter (and a future Hall of Famer) was so cool. There were songs we sang along with and a ton of laughter with their stories. We are anxiously waiting the for future songs they shared with us. We took videos to remember those songs. The Casa Concert was definitely a highlight of our trip, such a unique one-of-a-kind experience not to be missed!

Family had an awesome experience staying at this location. Short walking distances to downtown, parks and Broadway. We loved our stay! The location is terrific. Great coffee shop nearby and easy Uber (or doable walk) to Broadway and 12 South. Rob was terrific - communication was friendly and immediate. He set up an amazing singer/songwriter performance for us in the home, which was intimate and impressive. Kids and adults said it was the highlight of the trip. The home was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Perfect and only spot for 5 couples in Nashville without having to rent two side by sides. Beds were all so comfortable. Place was very clean and had enough space for everyone. It almost was sad that we only slept in the home
