This home sits in a quiet, residential Garden City neighborhood, one of the most convenient spots on Bear Lake. You're a short walk from Mike's Market (the main in-town grocery) and Bear Lake State Park Marina, with restaurants and the lake all within easy walking distance.



In summer: Bear Lake is Utah's version of the Caribbean, with turquoise water, sand beaches, and world-famous raspberry shakes. Boat rentals, paddleboarding, Jet Skis, and kayaking are all a short drive away. Catch a show at Pickleville Playhouse or hit the Bear Lake Overlook for sunset.



In winter: Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is 25 minutes away. It's a local favorite for families and laid-back skiers. The neighborhood stays quiet and snowy, perfect for a cabin-in-the-woods feel without actually being far from amenities.

• Important: This home is NOT lakefront. The home sits in a residential Garden City neighborhood about 0.4 miles (10-min walk or 2-min drive) from Bear Lake State Park Marina, and 0.6 miles from Mike's Market. You can walk to the lake, but the home itself is not on the water.

    We had a good experience at this townhome. It was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The host was attentive and courteous.The only recommendation I have is that it is listed as a house but it’s a townhome. We typically filter out townhomes as we prefer more privacy, it can feel a bit misleading when you show up and it’s a town home. That being said, it is a very nice townhome! We have no complaints.
