All good!

We had 33 people of all ages, and we had a great time everyone had a bed! The kids especially liked the two story slide. The only complaint was that there are no closets or dressers. The garage space was the favorite of the whole family. The kitchen was very functional and well stocked.

Spectacular weekend. Location was fantastic and the home worked great for our large family reunion. We reached out about one question and Hasee responded instantly. Wonderful experience overall.

This house is amazing! It has everything you need for a family of all ages. The kids loved the playroom, slide, and “boat” bedroom; and everyone had a great time with the space and equipment in the sport room. The kitchen and eating area is spacious. We rented the house behind as well for our group, so had use of the large yard next to this house and that was a bonus. But this was our main gathering house and there was plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again!

As a family we had a wonderful time in the home. All ages found activities. Our little ones enjoyed the play room with dress up clothing and a stage. The bunk room slept our many boys from short to tall. As a family we found areas in the house to play games, watch movies, and do crafts. We sat around the fire pit and roasted marshmallows and laughed as we told family stories. The garage gym was in constant use. The kitchen was very well stocked with items we may have forgotten. It also had everything needed to cook meals for the family. We had a wonderful time in the house and will be back next summer for our family gathering. Thank you for such a wonderful house for our family to gather and for cousins to play and become better friends. ??

The fire alarm rang two separate evenings. One bed frame was not well built and collapsed. Manager was very responsive.

The house is a blast. The magnetic marble wall was a hit with all ages, and so was the indoor slide! We had a lot of fun in the sports court doing a family dance party and minute to win it games when it was too hot outside! The kitchen is super stocked, it had everything we could have needed and more! The dining layout works great with so many tables to eat at and still be together! The AC was powerful (that's important to Grandpa!) DeWayne and Hasee were great hosts. Responsive, helpful, and easy-going. We've done many family reunions at Bear Lake, Island Park and St George and this house has been our hands down, all time favorite!

The host was so easy to work with and everything in the home was just perfect. Loved the large eating area with plenty of room for everyone to sit down for a meal. The kitchen is large and well organized with everything you need to prepare a nice meal. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Everyone said they slept really well. There was plenty of places for the older teen aged grandsons to find a place to sleep and all the girls loved the bunk room to hang out and talk for hours together. The boys and young men played basketball for hours in the garage and the little kids loved the game room with the drinking fountain. We spent time together just sitting on the deck looking at the beautiful view of the lake and enjoying each others company. The hot tub was a hit especially after spending a few hours at the beach. We had 33 people and everyone loved it. Showering was a breeze with plenty of hot water in the six bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

We have been booking rental homes for our summer family reunions for 20 years and this one met every need and even exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for us! We had 40 people from babies to grandparents and all the siblings and cousins in between. Every couple had a comfortable bedroom and the bunk room was so fun for all the girl cousins. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to cook meals for such a large group and all the dining tables and chairs made meals together easy. The kids were thrilled with the slide and toys and playing the garage/basketball court. We loved the location and how close we were to the lake and walking to town each evening for shakes. I’m the planner of these sibling reunions and I honestly could not be happier with our stay at this home. It fit us perfectly. They have thought of EVERYTHING for gathering family and friends and I was so grateful!

We had our family reunion (40 people) here and enjoyed every minute! The garage is a gym that we were able to play every game imaginable in, enough seating for all meals and games, and the yard was shaded and nice for yard games. If we forgot something, the property was stocked with it. 3 fridges and 2 freezers and a walk-in pantry - ample space for food! The only thing that we had to work around was that the sofa beds in the bedrooms were just chairs and that made us have to do some rearranging sleeping for some, but there were couches and couch beds in open areas that worked. Definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for our gathering to celebrate our parents 50th Anniversary. The variety of activities fit our wide range of ages. The kids and adults alike loved the hot tub and game room. The play room and pirate room were a hit with the littles. The porch swings were well used as well as the marble wall and gym activities. There was plenty of space for all. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of pantry, fridge and freezer space. The hosts were easy to contact with questions and more than accommodating. Thanks for a fabulous family get-a-way! ?

We had seniors, adults and children of every age. This house accommodated everyone! We had three wonderful days together!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our parents' 60th wedding anniversary at this perfect home in Garden City. Lots of space, fun garage/gym, so many amenities, including cooking equipment. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed. All ages from 82 down to 2 months were completely happy.
