The Space:

BookSmart Properties presents: Heron's Hideaway! Close to the beach, community amenities, coastal interior, this home has it all! Perks include a 5min walk to the beach, a private pool, bedrooms with attached bath access, and community amenities ($300 a week for 6 passes).



The top level of this home is bright and open, with a fully stocked kitchen making meal prep a breeze. The bar seating is perfect for grabbing a quick snack, a cup of coffee, or chatting while dinner cooks. The dining table is right next to the kitchen & comfortably seats 8, with room for additional people at the counter. Comfortable chairs surround the living room, where you can read or watch movies in the evening. You can access the deck from the dining room & sit outside in the shade or in the screened in porch, which has been newly added for 2026 along with deck furniture updates! A master king rounds out this level, with a private full ensuite & soaker tub.



Downstairs you will find 4 other bedrooms- 1 king room and 3 queens. For convenience, each bedroom has direct access to a jack and jill attached bath. This setup is perfect for both privacy and convenience, allowing each to have their own room where they can retire for the evening.



On the ground level there is a rec room with a pool table and wet bar that offers cabinets and a refrigerator for extra snack storage. There is also an additional queen bedroom on this ground level w/ attached full bathroom, with a trundle if you need to add one extra person in your group.



Outside, the beautiful in ground pool (can be heated by request for $75 per night, $500 per week) creates a backyard oasis. Take a dip in the sparkling water, or relax poolside and work on your suntan. The pool furniture has been replaced and freshened up for the 2026 season. A grill is available for a family barbecue.



Access to community amenities for 6 named guests including tennis courts, fitness center, and pickleball is $300 per week. The whole group is welcome at the two community outdoor pools (open Memorial Day - Labor Day), playground, sand volleyball & basketball courts available year round at no extra cost.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.

    RENTERS BEWARE! This property is not as it’s advertised. Several appliances didn’t work or were dirty, most notably the washing machine. We had no washing machine the first 4 days of our 7 day stay and only had one towel and wash clothe each. The house was not properly cleaned and even the outdoor furniture was unsuitable to sit on because it was covered in bird poop and paint. Pictures and texts were sent to the property manager on the first day of our stay showing the condition of the house and sending someone out to clean again was never an option. My 20 year old daughter was home alone, in the shower when I was notified a maintenance worker had let himself in. The breaker tripped and caused the golf carts we rented not to charge so we lost a days rental. The master beds sheets had holes in them, the pool light had been kicked in and wires wer exposed. The outside pool lights don’t work. I was in contact with the property manager James 8 times in a weeks times about all of my concerns and yet he say's that he’d wished I would’ve communicated the cleaning issues sooner so he could’ve corrected them. I contacted him 2 hours after we arrived. Vacations should be stress free, contacting the management company 8 times in a week is pretty stressful. This is not the property for you unless you like throw money way and have lots of issues. You definitely don’t get the property you’re promised, the amenities you’re promised or the peace that comes from renting a vacation property.

    We loved this house! The location was perfect with a good size pool and 5 min walk to beach. House was well stocked and very clean. We would definitely stay here again!
