The main floor is open and bright, with the living room, kitchen and dining area flowing together. Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire townhome across all three levels, including all 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, the laundry closet, both private balconies and the fenced back patio. Two parking spaces directly in front of the unit are reserved for guests. Entry is via keypad — check-in instructions will be sent prior to your arrival.

Seaside Villas community amenities include a non-heated outdoor pool, open seasonally (approximately April 1 – October 31, depending on health department inspection and weather) from 9 AM to 9 PM, and an on-site playground. Public beach access is a short walk away via the boardwalk across the street.
