Walk to beach in 4B/4B with quick gulf access!

Great property!!

What a wonderful place to stay! Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and mini golf. Great 4BR/4BA floor plan, with bathroom access from pool/patio area.(which is great with kids!!) Host provided a lot of very convenient items to use; 2 beach wagons, soft side coolers, 2 large beach bags, chairs, umbrellas, toys, pool towels, etc. Additional fridge/freezer in the garage was really nice for our group of 10. Freezer was stocked with ice packs for beach coolers. Pool and patio area was great, tons of furniture to relax and a large table for meals outside. Again, a lot of toys available in that area too. Door alarm chime was a nice touch as well, especially with kids! Host communication was very punctual and informative. Property was very clean as well. This is our 2nd year vacationing in Marco and we would definitely seek this property again. 5 stars!

The house had a great location to lots of places and was well stocked with kitchen and beach necessities.

Our family of 7 just left Marco Island after a wonderful 5-night stay at Kelsey and Kyle's beautiful house. Everything about it was just as advertised and even better! Spacious, comfortable, well-stocked rooms, a lovely pool and lanai overlooking the canal, and a perfect location -- easy walk to the beach, mini golf, and great restaurants. We hope to be back again!

We really enjoyed this property. The house was very clean. The pool and hot tub got a lot of fun use! The proximity to the beach was nice. Communicating with the host was easy with quick responses.

High marks go to the hosts who were so responsive to our questions. For example, we reported that the coffee maker no longer was working. By the end of the day, a new one had been delivered in time for the next morning's coffee. We were comfortable, had plenty of room, and found the home to be cheery. Due to the cold days during our stay, we especially enjoyed the hot tub. The location was great for dog walking, the beach, and going to several restaurants nearby.

The house was in fantastic shape and was perfect for my crew of 5 adults (all family). Lots of beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, coolers and beach wagon made it easy for our beach days! The grill is in great shape and its a great location for restaurants!

One of the best places we have stayed. A bathroom in every bedroom was helpful. Open spaces so family could be here for Thanksgiving. The hottub was actually heated which is hard to find in southern Florida. Just overall a wonderful experience

Enjoyed an amazing week on Marco Island. The house was perfect, the 4 bathrooms made the entire trip. The house was fully stocked actually above and beyond stocked. The hosts were very very responsive, and helped us with a small issue super fast. Would definitely stay again.

House was clean, well stocked with necesseties, close to beach and restaurants.

Perfect accommodations for 3 families. Each set of parents had their own room and bathroom and the teen children shared the bunk room. So much room for everyone to hang out all week. The home exceeded our expectations in every way. Proximity to beach and restaurants was wonderful. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this house in Marco Island. The location of the home was perfect for our family. An easy 10 minute walk to bar/restaurants/shopping right by the beach. Another few minutes and your toes are in the water of the gulf. The house setup is ideal for families and groups. Four bedrooms surrounding a large kitchen and family room for all to hangout and relax. We spent hours and hours and hours each day in the pool with our two girls aged 3 and 6 . Great communication with the owners while we were there. Quick to respond and answer any questions. They even had Amazon deliver a Bluetooth speaker for us to use while we were there. We highly recommend!

Our group of 9 comfortably stayed at this house for a week in February. Our group was two young families (kids age 2, 3, 5) as well as a set of grandparents. The house is incredibly well equipped with baby and kid gear as well as lots of cooking tools, utensils and home basics in the kitchen which we very much appreciated. There was also many pool and beach toys available. The location of this house was ideal for us. We came for a conference at the JW Marriott, which was easily walkable. As well, the beach is an easy walk with small kids and a shopping and restaurant plaza nearby with plenty of delicious choices! Its easy to tell a home which the owner uses themselves compared to just one used for renting - it was beautifully decorated, well equipped and loved! We hope to stay here again.

The host was very responsive when we had questions that needed answered and were very kind to help us in any way possible. This home is very family friendly for all ages of kids. Our family enjoyed it and a quick walk to the beach was perfect for our family!

House was nice and in a nice location. Weather was cold for most of our stay and the pool heater had to be replaced. Pool and hot tub were out of use for a couple of days until it was replaced. After replacement it didn’t seem to warm the hot tub up as high as before and the pool never came back up to temperature. Probably just some settings probably needed to be changed. The owners were great and let us know all of this was happening and did give a partial refund due to the lack of hot tub and heated pool.

The property was great. The pool and hot tub were ready to go when we arrived. The house was exactly as pictured and there were plenty of beach items, including two bikes in the garage for us to use. The weather was a little chilly at night but perfect during the day most days. There were about 5 or 6 great restaurants within walking distance but would drive if you wear nicer clothing. The property hosts were also very responsive. Would recommend this property if you are looking for a low key/relaxing vacation.

House is very comfortable -and within walking distance of beach, movies, restaurants and some shops. Pool and hot tub were used everyday - even with the chilly temps!

It was great to have a four bedroom, four bathroom house so close to the beach, restaurants, and the canal. The pool and hot tub were also great amenities. With a nice spacious living room it was the perfect house for us.

Well equipped house with pool & spa walkable to Marco’s beautiful white beach. We saw sunsets, soaked in the gulf, celebrated family wedding and relaxed with family. Book this house! You’ll have a great vacation!

The property has an outstanding screened pool/hottub that you’ll get extensive use out of!
