Stayed Jul 12, 2025Good stay. Good price for the area. Peaceful neighborhood. Nice pool. Location, unfortunately, is not within walking distance of the beach. The house is probably 4 to 5 miles to the nearest Gulf Beach. Living quarters were very clean and comfortable. There is only 1 television, located in the sunroom. This made it difficult for 2 couples. Daytime viewing was also difficult, as there are no blinds or shades for the windows. The air conditioning was governed, since some renters, I’m sure, do not know how to manage a/c in Florida. The ceiling fans were helpful, but replaced overhead lighting, which would have been handy for entering darker rooms after sunset. We also had to supplement with our own fans, which luckily we had remembered to bring. Another issue related to the a/c is the lack of doors in areas which require less cooling, particularly the master bedroom closet. These open areas only made the living areas hotter. The kitchen is modern and well supplied equipment-wise. We did especially like the use of the garage. This is the first rental that has allowed us this privilege. Another plus is the pool and pool area. Conveniently located and the lanai was very comfortable. Some of the other properties we have used in the area on previous stays have offered more in the way of beach supplies, so be sure to bring your own umbrellas, etc.All in all, a good value for the fee.

Stayed Jan 21, 2025Our trip was 18 days and we thoroughly enjoyed the home and it's location. It is an ideal home, well kept and extremely comfortable. The owner and caretaker were very helpful and available to answer questions. Our only criticism is that although the house had a beautiful pool it is unheated. Had it been heated it would have made a our trip even more wonderful.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a very enjoyable time while staying at this lovely Bradenton home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and especially enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby parks that are on the waterfront.

Stayed Jan 29, 2024Wonderful home with nicely updated furniture. Quiet neighborhood of upscale homes with sidewalks, and quick access to beach. Super Clean and kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a Gas stove. Landscape design is exceptional with mature plants and trees. The unheated pool was tempting but we stayed during an unusual cold spell. I will look to stay again next time.
