Stayed Jul 28, 2025The location was perfect for our family of 4. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was wonderful. Easy access to the beach that is about 1 block or so down from the house. The host is amazing. Quick response to any questions we had. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed to feel like we were in our own home. Yes the water is the way it is for Surfside, but this is something we've already experienced from past trips to Surfside so we were prepared either way. The HWY noise is minimal which was a nice plus because the last house we stayed at in Surfside was pretty loud. Highly recommend for your next family trip! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Stayed Jul 13, 2025We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The view from the amazing back deck was just as good! We watched the sunset each evening, it was truly breathtaking.One of the things we appreciated most was that they treat for mosquitoes—we were actually able to sit outside and enjoy the evenings comfortably, which is rare on the coast!The house was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, especially for our teenaged kids. We also loved that the home is pet-friendly—we brought our older dog, and it was such a gift to be able to include her in our family getaway.The house was stocked with great family games that made for fun, memorable nights. And Jerry was an incredible host—responsive, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.We had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to booking this place again!

Stayed Jul 2, 2025Our family had a fun 4th of July at Surfside. This house is in a great location and comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. House host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. This was our second stay in this house and will consider coming back.

Stayed May 16, 2025The house was perfect for our stay - plenty of room and I like that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house was clean and although it is not located on the beach, you have a wonderful, unobstructed view of the beach from the front porch. It is less than a minute drive to the beach entrance, which made it perfect. The host was extremely responsive with any questions, and information and communication were over-the-top from Evolve. I will definitely consider this property again, as well as the management company!

Stayed Apr 27, 2025Perfect home for our family vacation. 3 adults and 2 girls were very comfortable. We used both outside decks which was a real pleasure. Having a dog friendly property was also appreciated. Easy walk to the beach. The owner responded quickly when I had questions. Definitely recommend staying here.
