Recently renovated and brand new to the vacation rental scene, this classic split-level home has plenty of room for the whole crew, with five spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king or queen bed (no bunk beds here!).

Whether you're planning family fun in the sun or a relaxed getaway with friends, this home offers the ideal setting to kick back and enjoy lake life.

Location, Location, Relaxation:
Just an easy 8-minute stroll puts you on Sheridan Beach, one of the most beautiful stretches of sand along Lake Michigan. You’ll also be close to everything Michigan City has to offer - like the Washington Park Zoo, local breweries and wineries, the Lighthouse, charming downtown shops, and the marina. Even better Downtown Chicago is just an hour away. Try the new South Shore commuter train for easy access to all the city has to offer.

Main Level (Upper Level):
Bedroom 1 – King bed, ensuite bath, and direct access to the back deck. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed

Lower Level:
Bedroom 4 – King bed
Bedroom 5 – Queen bed
Hallway Bathroom – Full bath with shower

Good to Know:
The garage is not accessible for guests.
No pets, no smoking, and no fireworks
Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM to 8 AM
Must be 25 or older and present for the entire rental period
Seven-night minimum stay mid-June to mid-August.
