I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice and clean house in a wonderful location. Quick walk to a beach access point and within walking distance to the Surfside Pier and local restaurants but far enough from the pier that the beach isn't overly crowded. The pool is small but big enough for floating around and the patio is big enough to seat everyone. We booked it again for next year's family reunion.
