This was a great experience. It is a very nice, clean place. We loved the big windows & the view. We had pretty much what we needed in the kitchen to cook & eat. The owner was nice & responsive when we had any questions. Highly recommended for four people.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in. This home is truly a home away from home. Very clean and beautifully decorated. So comfortable. The bed and linens are wonderful. It has everything you need. Across from Tubbs Hill Park. We saw wild turkeys and deer. A short walk to Sanders Beach and the lake. Great neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown. Looking forward to staying here again !!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this excellent property. It is very spacious, neat and clean. The location was minutes from the beautiful lake and Tubs Hill (which has several hiking trails). The whole area is very walkable. The owners have made sure you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I only needed to contact owners several times and their response was almost immediate. We highly recommend the Sanders Beach Retreat and would definitely stay there again.

This was the best getaway for our family! It was a wonderful home and location for our family vacation. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others to stay at. Loved how the hiking trails and beach were walking distance from the house and shopping was just a few minutes drive.Home was so cute, clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. I set out to run an Ironman 70.3 and this house was set on the run course. The location to Sanders Beach was nothing short of perfect and with the house located within walking distance to everything you need, it was the perfect pick. The owners were extremely attentive and even made sure there was no way to run out of anything. The y stashed the fridge full of goodies for me and my kiddos and didn’t cut any corners. My family had an amazing weekend and it had a lot to do with this house.

Everything we needed in a great location. Nice, clean and modern. Loved watching all the dogs going by on the trail across the street and the 1 hour hike on the trail was lovely. Just perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sanders Beach Retreat. The location is perfect, quietly situated next to Tubbs Hill and up from the lake and near downtown. The flat is well thought out with everything you can ask for. Everything is clean and of high quality and of good taste. Thank you.

This place has a great location. Very cute and clean. Minimalistic but well stocked. Beds were really hard for us. This place is connected to a main house. Wasn’t an issue for us but something we didn’t realize going in. Would definitely rent again.

This was a beautiful and relaxing spot to stay with my husband for our anniversary! Across the street from Tubbs Hill hiking spots and walking distance to shopping and the beach and so many wonderful things in Coeur d'Alene. April was super fast on response and very helpful with getting the information for our stay. We hope to be back again soon!

The Sanders Beach Retreat was one of the best vacation rentals I've stayed at. The location is close to town and yet in a quiet neighborhood. April, the host, was easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. The rental had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay. If we come back to Coeur d'Alene we will stay here again.

We had a last minute change in travel plans and spent a night here. Perfect, clean, new, convenient spot for our family of 5! Comfy beds and all amenities we needed! Amazing communication!
