WALK TO BEACH, 5 BEDROOM, PRIVATE POOL,

This was a wonderful place to stay with our 3 generations so we could have Thanksgiving with our parents/grandparents/great-grandparents.

We have booked this property twice. It is the perfect accommodation for a family vacation. There is enough room for everyone to have their own space. We will definitely book a third time! The pool is the biggest plus of all. The check in is effortless and the host is easy to communicate with. You will not be disappointed.

Loved the house and area for my big family. It would be awesome for an outdoor tv. Thanks for the memories. We will be back.

If you want a brand new perfect resort type place, this is not your place. But it's our second year and we adore the place. Very, very family friendly. Kids love the big bedroom upstairs. Neighborhood is so fun. Go walking in the evening and people are on their porch or riding their golf carts. We love the beach! But our kids never got out of the pool. So very easy to deal with the Walkers.

First time ever going to the beach and this home made our experience TOP NOTCH! The beach is only a block and the POOL ids always in the back yard!

We were a group of 12 and truly enjoyed our stay at this very family friendly home. The private pool was a HUGE hit! This home is just blocks from the beach, well stocked, and easily accommodated our large group.

This place was absolutely perfect charming , accommodating , and spacious. We swam, grilled, enjoyed s'mores over the fire pit, walked to the beach for the sunrises and perfect !

We had plenty of room for everyone. However, the ‘pond’ out back should have been cleaned. The holes in the walls were a bit concerning. And the dish towels definitely need to be replaced.

Our stay was average, because we made it okay. However, this is a beautiful older house but we notice these things; the night lights at the drive entrance was not working and the front was very dark. The house do not have many inside updates (example: bathrooms, living room, and patio furniture, sleeping room beds, etc.), and back yard sitting areas in need of pressure cleaning. I don't like giving bad reviews, but it's importance to be honest about our experience to help you make renters vacating stay enjoyable and wanting to return. Thank You.

Pros: Good location - very convenient to restaurants, casinos, and Walmart. Short drive to the beach. The host was quick to fix a small issue we had. Big dining room table to play board games. We appreciated the sand toys provided. Beautiful back yard. Cons: Several of us commented that the King and twin mattresses were too hard. The queen beds were comfortable.. The house was tidy but needs a deep cleaning (baseboards, floors, and vacuum between sofa cushions. A dead roach greeted us upon arrival at inside entry. The next day there was a live one there. Perhaps replacing weather stripping all along the front door would prevent roaches from entering. The teflon nonstick pans need to be replaced due to scratches. The metal pans were rusted.

Perfect beach house with all the amenities. Very clean!

Well stocked, very clean and so spacious. We were a group of 9. This property was perfect. There was so much space that we were able to comfortably relax. The pool area is so relaxing. The pool is a great size. You just get that cozy feeling as soon as you walk in. I cannot say one negative thing about this rental.

This house is outstanding for a larger group or family. Easily sleeps 8 and can accommodate up to 12 or so. Pool was outstanding and outside area is large and shady in places for any outside activities you may have. Inside is much more open than pictures indicate. Only one block from the beach as well. Great location. Already booking again for next year. Owner, Franky Hasty, is extremely accomodating and helpful

Overall stay was great Nice sized house with plenty of room We had 10 adults in our party. Property was clean as was the house. I’ve only got a few complaints The futon that’s listed as possible sleeping is not comfortable at all and some of the kitchen utensils need to be replaced (knives broken not enough silverware) Other than those things our stay was great and would definitely book this property again

Lovely house. Worked perfectly for our stay. The pool area was fantastic. My kids used it every day we were there.

The pool was a hit although the water was warmer than bath water. When landlord was notified pool was turning green Galway thru stay he came and took care of right away. There were only 7 forks so I had to buy more forks and the dining room chairs were all loose but once we tightened all the screws they were good. Bed rooms were a little small but overall house was good.

Our grands loved the upstairs bedroom, pool, and games. The home has withstood a horrible hurricane. We were able to relax and enjoy knowing the kids weren't as bad as Katrina ?. Kidding aside the place was great!

We arrived to a clean house and very easy check-in process. We enjoyed the pool and ease of reaching the sun and sand which were a block away. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and. Oil ware including a cast iron skillet and crock pot. The living and dining areas easily accommodated our party and the kitchen was large enough for several of us to prepare meals simultaneously. I highly recommend for families.

Love the location, we walked to the beach daily. Also close to good food and stores. Only negative is they don't provide enough towels for the people it will sleep, but they provided laundry soap so we just washed them several times. Only gave 4 for cleanliness because the floors had not been mopped, we wiped up some water on the floors with white dish rag it was black after, kitchen and bathrooms. Everything else was great. Pool is great.
