Walk to Amphitheater ... 3 bedroom with pool

This house was amazing! So close to the amphitheater. The pool was wonderful and the outside area was great. We will definitely come and stay again!

Well appointed, nicely decorated home. The backyard is private and very well maintained. The host is courteous and very quick to respond. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing property and really enjoyed our stay. House had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the pool and the dogs enjoyed the yard. Very close to everything. We will stay here again next time we are in St Augustine.

Incredibly close and convenient to the amphitheater with a beautiful backyard, pool, and a screened in porch. We enjoyed spending time outside swimming and having meals by the pool. The inside of the house is well outfitted too with comfortable furniture and beds. The house was clean upon our arrival and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Property was as described, communication with the host was easy and timely, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate to try the pool. Which is unusually big compared to other properties we stayed. Would recommend, specifically if you are going to a concert or show in the Amphitheater

Great place to stay for a concert at the amp, very short walk. We were 2 couples and the house was set up nicely for us, plenty of space. And very clean!!

Four of us stayed for a long weekend, and the property was perfect for us! Lots of room inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and back porch. The kitchen set up made it easy to prepare meals at home when we didn't go out. Location was optimal since we attended a concert at the amphitheater. We would definitely rent this home again! First of all, Nicole is an excellent host. She always communicated quickly & efficiently. She was great about informing me of pool attendants & lawn service well in advance. The house is beautiful. There was not a single thing I did not like. It felt like home not just a sterile place to stay. The layout was perfect for family of 5. The backyard and pool were a dream. It is literally an oasis. This was by far one of the best put together vacation homes we have rented. Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, dishwasher soap etc were all provided. I've been so accustomed to providing my own at short term rentals, this was truly a nice surprise. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you for hosting us!

This home is absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay here. Everything was perfect. Nicole was great and responded quickly with any questions we had. The pool was great, but wish there would have been better lighting for night swimming. The fenced in yard was perfect for my 2 dogs. They loved it. We would definitely stay here again if we visit St. Augustine again.
