Stayed Mar 25, 2026Place is right on the beach. You can watch the kids right from your deck like they’re playing in the backyard at home. Loved the location for my Mom too that has two artificial hips. It was easy for her to get to our beach spot and back with ease. The set up inside is ideal with a bathroom on the first level and two upstairs. Plenty of space for our group of 9. We had 3 adults, a seven year old, and 5 teenagers. The view from the condo on both levels has a clear ocean view with no obstructions. Our week long neighbors were quiet. We heard zero noise from inside the condo and although we are friendly we felt no obligation to socialize on the deck. The privacy is there if you want it. All in all I would stay here again absolutely. If you are worried about the large condo building down the beach, don’t be…..everyone was too lazy to walk down and set up in front of us.:). It felt like we had our own private area.

Stayed Oct 26, 2025We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The view of the ocean was spectacular, and it was only a very few steps right to the water. The house was stocked with any amenity you could want, and booking was super easy from start to finish. The hosts were wonderful about texting information and answering questions. We will stay here again! Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

The view and location can’t be beat. We had several days of cloudy and stormy weather but were still able to enjoy our first time in Panama City Beach. The Staff at Blue Swell was top notch from start to finish. We didn’t have any incidents during our stay. We were recommended by friends who have stayed in this condo several times so we already knew we would be pleased. Thanks for helping us have a great vacation.
