End of group townhouse in Sea Colony West, three blocks from beach, featuring three bedrooms, (two with queen beds and one with two twin), 2.5 renovated baths, updated kitchen, dining room (seating for 8), comfortable family room with cable TV and Wi-Fi, back porch (with table and 6 chairs), screened porch, washer and dryer, central air conditioning. Sea Colony amenities available includes 12 pools, one of the pools is directly across the street from the townhouse), tennis facilities, fitnesscenter, and marketplace, featuring outdoor fountain, restaurants, and ice cream parlor. One of the pools is steps from the front door. The Sea Colony Tram allows access to all areas of the community and the nearest stop is across the street.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and boogies boards can be rented by day or for the week at the beach or you may pack your own.
LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH RENTAL. FAMILY MUST PACK BEACH TOWELS, BATH TOWELS, TWO SETS OF QUEEN SHEETS AND TWO SETS OF TWIN SHEETS. NO PETS OR SMOKING.
Guest badges are required to be purchased at Sea Colony for use of the amenities. This includes access to the beaches, pools, tennis courts and fitness center. Each guest badge costs $45 for the week (adults and children over 4). Parking passes are required and are available from the same office. A minimum of three badges must be purchased if two parking permits are required. Both badges and passes are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shop in the Market Place with proper rental documentation.

    Great location! Loved sitting on the screened-in porch. Well stocked with paper products, cooking items and toiletries. Check in was easy. Home was very well kept and clean. Would stay again!

    Property was well maintained and everything was in working order. It was very nicely decorated with beautiful pictures, sturdy and comfortable dining chairs, comfortable sitting area and high quality beds. Bathrooms were well maintained and spacious. The three ring binder with instructions was very helpful and easy to follow. The carpeting did have a few stains was only issue of note although it didn't affect us. Recommendations: Add curtains in smaller bedrooms to block nighttime street lights. Add night light in upstairs hallway for night visibility esp with stairs nearby. Coffee pot worked but was a bit touchy and did not have auto shutoff - Consider replacing. I would also add a pancake griddle and waffle iron. We did run out of dishwashing soap on last day and did not see extras in upstairs closet. I would also add laundry equipment instructions. AC worked great although we are used to having bedroom ceiling fans to circulate air. Adding them might cut down on need to keep AC lower.
