Walk Off the Patio and Onto the Beach!

This was a beautiful home. The host and manager were excellent. We absolutely weren’t ready to leave. Loved it

The property was very nice and a great location. We had a problem accessing the property on VRBO about a month before arrival, so we had issues trying to confirm room set ups and amenities. We had some trouble finding towels, but just started looking in cabinets to find them. The last night was awful as the A/C unit on 3rd floor went out. We contacted Roberto and he said he would call A/C guy. Nobody ever arrived and around midnight, my son, daughter in law, and 3 kids had to relocate downstairs and sleep on couch and chairs for the remainder of the night. If we had known earlier in the night that no help was coming, we could have reconfigured sleeping arrangements.

The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean. The pool is quite small but worked for us. There were plenty of outdoor chairs. There is an ice machine, which was very handy. The dryer took at least 3 cycles to dry even a small load. The bath towels need to be upgraded. They are cheap, old towels. More bath towels are needed. The beds were all very comfortable. In the master bedroom there is no place to hang up any clothes. Overall we really liked the house and had a great time.

Our family had a great stay in this house. The location was wonderful, being right on the beach and away from the college spring break kids. We spent lots of time on the sand, plus swimming in the pool, flying kites and relaxing on the decks.

Nice to be on the beach!... Nice big house...Beautifully decorated.... all the bathrooms were awesome!... good family hangout!!

Vrbo reviewJanuary 2026… My family, 17 people, had a great time at this home. There were three floors, everything was very clean and it was very comfortable and enjoyable for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and made preparing meals simple. The pool was heated, and that was great for the weather in January! Access to the beach was very convenient and less than a minute. Both adults and kids enjoyed the beach access as well as the swimming pool! There were games on the second floor for the kids to play. The sunrise and sunset from the 2nd floor deck were stunning! There was ample parking. Access to the host and manager regarding communication and response was excellent! If circumstances allow, we will definitely return! I highly recommend this house for an enjoyable South Padre Island experience.

Wow, there were quite a few issues with this house. The ceiling fan did not work. There was no power to the third floor and when we contacted the maintenance person, he did not show up to fix the issue. The home was not as clean as it should be. The vent in the bathroom was disgusting. We had to buy paper towel and dishwasher tabs. The pool lights were not working, but now the owner is claiming we broke the lights. We were kind in reporting the issues to her and not asking for a credit. This was our first VRBO and she has made the experience a bad one.

It was a great choice we take on renting this marvelous house. It is huge and every space in the house makes you feel welcome. We are a big family and all of us had enough room to enjoy. I highly recommend people to stay here.

The house was beautiful! The location was perfect! Other than the parking situation (we had 5 cars) it was the perfect family vacation!

The house and property are simply perfect! Plenty of space for our large group to spread out when we wanted, coupled with great spaces for being together.It is a very quick walk to the beach. The hosts are generous with the use of beach toys, so you don’t need to bring any for the littles.

Beach access was perfect, lots of rooms.
