Great location and very clean and nice apartment!

We opened the front door and were greeted with the warmth of the fireplace on and a loaf of fresh bread on the counter- it was delightful. Everything was super clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend it!

Amazing place! Chara had great communication and easy to work with. The location was ideal and easy to walk anywhere in Nelson. Arrived with a fresh loaf of sourdough for us which was incredible.

Chara was an excellent host and her place is beautiful, very central and we loved how dog friendly the town is.

My husband and I had a fabulous time at this beautiful and cozy suite! It was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. There was also an incredible loaf of sourdough left for us that I am still dreaming on… A perfect stay!

I can’t say enough about the location. It is truly in the heart of everthing while being a peaceful oasis. The place had everything we needed plus some added bonuses (yummy bread). Host was very responsive and helpful. Would love to come and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Railtown suite, definitely a home away from home. We were able to have family visits, share meals, enjoying time together in a comfortable homey atmosphere. Well stocked, walkable, clean, roomy….perfect. Thank you Chara!! Definitely recommended.

The property is exactly as it is listed. Walk two blocks, and you are right in the heart of shopping and excellent restaurants. It was a great central location for hitting the ski hill as well. Chara had us set up with everything we needed and was responsive to questions. I will definitely be staying here again.

Our family of four adults traveled to Nelson to ski at Whitewater. We absolutely loved Chara's Railtown Suite. Spacious, comfortable, well appointed, and just a really homey feel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Walking distance to bakeries, restaurants and shopping. The main bedroom was very spacious with a sitting area (couch and chair) and the bed was very comfortable. Second bedroom is off the living area, also with a very comfortable bed and decorated so nice. Spacious bathroom with everything we needed...lotion, shampoo, hair dryer, etc. Very clean. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal at home, which we did not do because we wanted to try some of the local dining establishments. The fridge stocked with condiments and coffee creamer. And the cupboards were stocked with just about anything you might need. We loved our stay here. We were especially grateful for the warm homemade sourdough that was waiting on the counter for us when we arrived. How did she know that we are crazy for sourdough? Such a nice touch. We want to come back next year and stay in this exact spot.Thank you Chara for your amazing hospitality and for your quick responses to my questions. You really made us feel at home.

The apartment provided a delightfully comfortable and convenient start to our trip. It had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It was beautifully appointed and such an easy short stroll to the main strip of Nelson. Chara was an excellent communicator. Would love to stay again and highly recommend.

This accomodation met all our needs and is open and airy, very clean with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect - very close to Baker Street and since it is near the railroad tracks, it's fun watching trains! Highly recommend!
