If your most important consideration is location, this is the place for you. It is literally right on the beach. You have to walk up a challenging sand dune, yes. But then you’re there. From the house, a balcony looks over that sand dune and you’re looking straight at the water - even as you’re sitting in your hot tub! The house was stocked with kitchen supplies: silverware, plates, pots. We brought our linens and towels. And rented beach chairs and umbrellas The rooms are spacious, allowing plenty of room for children and the deck is very large also for children running around on it.Our experience was marred at the beginning by a not clean to my standards house. The floors were gritty with sand. I contacted the host and to his credit he immediately had the cleaners come back and do a complete cleaning all over again.I strongly recommended to host that he hire better cleaners. The beds were comfortable, the showers also. Rooms had large windows some with great views. We had the plus minus experience of beach reclamation occurring in the middle of our stay. (look up on Internet) It blocked us from beach for 1 1/2 days. And then it went up farther away from us. In a bedroom cool air was not coming out of vent. We told host. That seemed fixable but I don’t know much about AC.I am giving a high 3 or 4 because of the initial lack of cleanliness and the uncomfortable bedroom without AC. But the house is very nice and location is stellar. We could stay here again.

So close to the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed being just steps from the water, especially with kids and all the things to haul. We had an amazing week!

The unique location of the property was inspiring every day. From sunrise to evening strolls and family game times, we enjoyed our beach vacation.

The proximity to the water can't be beat. But last year there was an electric problem and this year the AC went unrepaired all week. He compensated us but the whole place needs an update to realize its potential.

Immediately next to the beach. Super fun. Lots of space. Not luxurious but comfortable. Would do it again!

We were a little disappointed in the condition of the house. The kitchen cabinets were not very clean. A few would not close. The kitchen was not equipped with enough essentials. The layout of the house was perfect for large families. The deck offered a lot of seating. The views from the bedrooms & living area were amazing. With a better job cleaning for the next family & getting the kitchen updated, we would probably stay again. But for the price we paid for a week, we were disappointed.

Great house with a perfect location! The listing and pictures are all accurate. The beach is close and beautiful and we had much of it to ourselves. Plenty of room for all of us. We would stay here again!

Enjoyed location. Time with family. Size was perfect. House had plumbing issues In Downstairs bathroom. Ceiling paint peeling, shower rods peeling. .Nothing to sweep or Clean with.Vacuum cleaners didn’t work. I was just disappointed.

Love the location and views. One less room of bunk beds then seen on line. Hope to come again.
