Welcome to Wahroonga, a beautiful country estate on 10 acres with magnificent views of Kangaroo Valley escarpments and Broughton Head, located a short 2-hour drive from Sydney and Canberra.

As soon as you drive down the winding treelined driveway, you will feel instantly relaxed. The peacefulness and beauty of the location is unsurpassed and made even more special by the regular sightings of wombats, kangaroo's and other wildlife. On a clear night, the celestial display is simply magicand has to be seen to be believed.

This very spacious home offers 6 bedrooms (9 beds), 4 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 16 people. The exceptionally large master bedroom offers a king size bed and ensuite, a queen size sofa bed and up to 2 single beds for extra guests if required. The other 5 bedrooms are all beautifully furnished and offer comfortable queen size beds. The second bedroom comes with a Boori cot and baby change table. All rooms have ceiling fans, heaters and all beds are fitted with electric blankets to keep you warm during chilly winter nights.

The expansive open plan living room has 3 X 3-seater lounges and 2 single chairs to accommodate a large group, and a combustion fire to keep the room cozy. It also includes a home theatre system with 75” 4K TV with soundbar & Foxtel IQ4. The games room is entered from the main living room and has an Australian made Quedos 8 * 4-foot pool table, pinball machine and PS4 Pro gaming with a Samsung 75 4K TV with soundbar.

The open plan kitchen and dining is very well equipped with a large dining table that can comfortably seat 10 people. We also have two highchairs if needed. In the kitchen and pantry there are 2 fridge/freezers (600 & 500 litre), a large oven, microwave, ceramic induction cooktop, dishwasher, 2 De'Longhi fully automatic coffee machines (pod and bean), as well as quality utensils and saucepans.

Outside on the verandah, there is ample seating, including seats, tables with benches and a hammock to take in the panoramic views of Kangaroo Valley. There is also a Tucker stainless steel 5 burner flat top BBQ for alfresco dining.

The property offers plenty to keep guests of all ages entertained including an indoor heated pool (solar & gas), a pinball machine, pool table, commercial playground with handball area, PS4 Pro with numerous video games, two adult Trek mountain bikes, 2 kid's bikes, chicken coop with 14 very friendly chickens, boardgames and children's books and toys. There is also a dam on the property with a cute bridge linking it to an island that has a fantastic fire pit and outdoor furniture for taking in the views both day and night.

Do as much or as little as you want during your stay. Stroll around the picturesque 10-acre property and take in the fresh country air, enjoy bush walking or mountain biking, canoe down the Kangaroo Valley River or play golf at the Country Club, only a short 3-minute drive away. For lovers of food and wine, you can visit the local restaurants and wineries of the Southern Highlands, Berry and the Shoalhaven or drive down to the charming Kangaroo Valley village to visit the local cafes and shops.

Ideally suited to larger group getaways with family or close friends and all within a short 2 hour drive of Sydney and Canberra. The property is perfectly located, beautifully presented and is well set up to ensure your holiday is a success.
