Stayed Jul 29, 2025Don't get me wrong - the house and location were just fine. The problem was that after our brief 2 night stay the owner accused us of damage to the property and sent us a scathing text that ruined the whole experience. He immediately filed a claim for 1200 in phantom damages with the insurance company. What a scammer!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Martin was a gracious host. Everything was exactly as described. We were allowed to check in early which really helped us. Clean and just enough space for a weekend getaway. This is a cozy home with a lovely backyard and patio for sharing time together. Close to the beach and downtown. Walking to the beautiful beach and downtown pier was a real plus. Parking was easy (and free at the beach).
