This 5-star luxury estate home is over 4,500 square feet and is exquisitely appointed throughout. The entire property was just recently remodeled. Everything is top-of-the-line. Single-story open floor plan features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. (Sleeps up to 16)

The house is nestled against government-protected land giving you clear mountain and desert views. Several rooms feature huge, floor-to-ceiling windows which provide breathtaking & picturesque views. The house is also equipped with a state-of-the-art electronic lock installed on the exterior door so there is no need to worry about house keys!

This home features the finest finishes & furnishings. The kitchen features a gourmet chef`s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances including a 5-burner gas stove, refrigerator/freezer combo, microwave, dishwasher, fully stocked utensil drawers, coffee maker, blender, etc. The large entertaining room is home to a pool table, table shuffleboard, foosball, 1 arcade game, and a poker table, perfect for game nights.

This property has a one-of-a-kind resort-style backyard that includes: a Basketball Court w/Pickleball, a 9-hole miniature golf course, outdoor bowling, outdoor ping pong, corn hole, life-size connect four, life-size Jenga, fire-pit, pool, hot tub, and outdoor BBQ.

The kitchen is stocked with table settings for 16 people, gourmet cookware, an eat-in counter bar, top of a line oven and gas 5-burner stove, a spice rack, and pantry staples to get you started.

Each bedroom features fine linens and extra pillows for the utmost comfort. Most have a TV in the room. The master suite has an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms feature hairdryers, toiletries, and extra bath towels.

-The pool and spa will be heated for your stay. The pool will be heated between 82 and 85 degrees. The spa can be heated with the push of a button upon your arrival.

○ Upon booking you are also agreeing to providing your photo ID and completing our screening process through Safely.
○ Minimum age of primary renter: 30
○ Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside.
○ Parking is limited to 5 cars in the driveway at the property.
○ Standard occupancy is 10 guests, and maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.
○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.
○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.
○ Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Written approval is required.
○ For bookings made within 48 hours of check-in, we do our best to accommodate regular check-in time of 4pm but it could be as late as 6pm.
