Stayed Dec 15, 2021Dated and in need of significant maintenance. I understand new owner will be repainting and adding ducted air. This is very much needed as extremely hot house. Bathrooms and kitchen quite dated. Oven fan makes significant noise and needs repair. Close to beach which is a great asset. Beds are quite uncomfortable and mattresses are also due for replacement. This was one of the cheapest houses to rent in the area and thought this might be due to it being on the market however it may be due to the conditioner. A good deep clean is also needed. Air conditioner filters were thick with dust and possibly had never been cleaned.

Stayed Sep 16, 2020We had a fabulous time at this clean, spacious pet-friendly home! It is well located close to beaches, shops and some excellent walking tracks. Loved it and so did my doggo!

Stayed Jan 18, 2020We loved our stay at 4 Margaret street. Great location and very comfortable and well maintained home. Quick walk to the beach, very comfortable beds and pillows and the kitchen has all the utensils and equipment needed! Our dog loved the garden.
