Stayed Feb 15, 2021First off, Lee is an incredible Host and was very responsive to all of our questions/needs, however, the property itself is pricey for what it actually is. It’s a 3bdr town home jammed in to a tiny corner lot behind several homes with no yard and no views. The carpets are old and torn, there are several loose staircase railings (notified property owner), and most of the furnishings/appliances are cheap. Also, there was a limited amount of towels for a family of four and they were very old and very used. Pluses were that there is a nice community pool and several parks close by. The “house” was close to our family we were visiting and so suited our needs but it’s very much overpriced for what it actually was.

Stayed Nov 25, 2020Overall this was a very nice and clean place. Lee was easy to get in contact with. We were disappointed to not have hot water in the master bath, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jan 14, 2020We stayed for just over a week in this lovely home. It is in a great location, close to golfing, shops and restaurants. The home is very well maintained and clean with lots of space. We would definitely return!

Stayed Mar 7, 2019While this house was on the northern side of the Phoenix area, we were never more than 20-25 minutes away from the most popular attractions and activities. The house was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room to lounge around. Bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds and sheets. Located in a very nice neighborhood with multiple walking and hiking trails nearby. Appliances and amenities were top notch. Would absolutely stay here again!
