Stayed Nov 22, 2017I don’t know if it would have been worth the price had my sister not lived right down the street. We searched the house high and low to find additional TP. Only two trash bags for thanksgiving week and the amount we paid we struggled to find ways to take care of the garbage. It would have been nice if there was another TV in the master bedroom. I really didn’t understand the $200 cleaning bill. We left the place in very good condition and felt that it was excessive. Other than that I would say we enjoyed our time. Thank you Lee for letting us stay here.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It is exactly as it is described on this listing. Nice single family home, not a condo, in northern Phoenix quiet suburban location surrounded by mountains. City park is within a few minute drive, with children playground and hiking trail. Rooms are up to date, very clean and neat with good taste. The 500 Club golf course is only 5 minutes away, with the gorgeous mountain drop background. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping places within 10 minute radius just off the 17 freeway and 101. Anthem Outlet mall is also very close, about 15-20 minute drive away. Can easily take day trip going north to Sedona, Flagstaff, and Grand Canyon. It is a hidden gem not far away from the city and would definitely come back to stay here.
