Vista Del Rio, River Views, Walk to Association Beach, Sleeps 10

Just got back from a 3 night stay at this house with 9 people. We had a great stay and the house was clean and spacious. The very short walk to the beach was our favorite.

The house was clean and spacious and more! The main living area has great windows looking out the back of the house to a meadow, creating such a private and peaceful feeling. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was also spacious. Finally, I was not familiar with that part of Michigan, but this house is in a great location: private neighborhood with access to a stunning beach on the lake.

Some difficulty with the lock on the front door. Didn’t seem to be properly aligned so would take several tries to get it locked. Outside of house could use a power wash but house is spacious and has ton of kitchen supplies. Such a quick watch to a lovely private beach!

The home was very nice. It was clean and the management company was responsive for the most part. There are not any lake views, but it borders the park preserve, which is a nice view. The private beach is great and a very short walk. The screened in porch was the perfect place to relax. The couches were very comfortable. The large table was perfect for our family. The chairs are not comfortable though. The house had everything we could need, including beach items. They require minimal clean up when leaving.The only complaints are that the doors were very squeaky and loud every time you opened or closed them. The locks for the doors to the decks were not easy to work and in some cases didn’t function properly. The house has a modern, open design, so you can hear everything everywhere in the house.I would stay here again.

We had a group of 9 women staying at the house for a long weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect. There is so much space and the listing photos are an EXACT representation of what it looks like. The location/neighborhood were probably my favorite part... A very short walk to the beach, a short drive to town, and a quiet/safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful and perfect house to gather with all my dearest girlfriends, hunker down with food and drink for a couple days! relaxing, epic, fun and joyfully quiet. A perfect getaway!

My sisters and I converged at the beach neighborhood house to celebrate my 70th birthday. We all enjoyed the house, especially the the back deck: an unobstructed view of the Galien River flowing through its wetlands. The beds were all comfortable and the dining table had room for everybody. The area is scenic and cultural, in a Midwestern way. We all recommend it.

The house was fantastic for our two families (five kids). The two living rooms were great for hanging out, the kitchen was excellent for cooking, and the private beach access was perfect. The quiet neighborhood and the proximity to New Buffalo's amenities make this house the ideal place to stay.
