Georgetown, South Carolina
The sunny 1930s cottage is on a charming quiet street in the historic Willowbank neighborhood. This soul-soothing 3 BR/1.5 bath home is full of warm nostalgia from the past, the juxtaposition of old and new furnishings/art enhances the laid-back aesthetic. Stylish and intriguing, yet immensely welcoming and thoughtful. The spaces are designed intently, collected, and curated through the years. This cottage is inspired by what I envisioned a grandmother's place by the coast would have been like.

We appreciated details such as the toys for children and pretty outside lighting. We did walk once into Georgetown and back, but it’s not really necessary as parking is not a problem. We enjoyed the little farmers’ market, Hampton Plantation and Pawleys Island beach.
Visiting Georgetown to stay with my daughter who was performing with VARNA's music festival and Grace's home was perfect for us! She had all of the nice touches.... coffee, water, plenty of cooking utensils and high thread count sheets. She was a wonderful host responding immediately to any questions we may have had. We would love to stay here again!
Property was fantastic, and host couldn't have been any more accommodating and communicative!
Didn’t receive any check out instructions. Would have been helpful.
Perfect for what we were looking for.
We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We use to have property in Georgetown and needed a place for weekend and this suited our needs perfectly.
This little home has been so great for our family, thank you for sharing with us. I felt at home immediately and love all the beautiful furniture pieces you've collected. Even smelled good walking in. Seriously amazing details. We picked Grace's home for our vacation because we wanted a smaller community (Georgetown) and it's proximity to Pawley's Island. Georgetown is just our style, a quiet main street with few shops and restaurants on the bay. The home has all the necessity's plus some. I enjoyed the instant kettle, my kids love the bunk beds and toys, and my husband was happy to see some kitchen staples. We spent a few days over at Pawley's Island and once home the outdoor shower was SO helpful. Grace was always quick to get back to us, an easy host to stay with. This home will go down as one of our best vrbo's.
My husband, toddler and I enjoyed a comfortable week’s stay at Willow Bank. The owners have created a really cute mid century modern home. It was clean and as advertised, with plenty of amenities needed for the week. Check in was a little confusing, because we didn’t receive the access info until we drove up to the property (we were a little unsure about what to expect or if there was something wrong or not as we made the 6 hr drive from home and weren’t sure about checking in). Great place and easy once we got in and got settled. Fans in every room, plenty of comfortable seating, nice bedding and well stocked kitchen. Had some toys for children which was a helpful touch to keep our busy toddler entertained. Easy access to the nice waterfront shopping/dining district as well. Thanks for a nice stay!
