Unfortunately, the spa was totally unusable, which is the main reason we chose this property. The first night the temperature was 49 degrees. Once it finally heated up the following day, it was slimy and smelled like mold. You could also see mold on the underside of the cover. The owner wasn’t interested in making it right, only making excuses. As a business owner, I would make every attempt to help remedy the blunder, sadly she did not. The rest of the home and property were fine. I would recommend choose a different property if you are expecting to use the spa.

Excellent stay in Emmett! The house was beautifully decorated, family-friendly and pet-friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and close to town, great location. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Emmett again.

Overall a great stay and what we needed. Note the bunkbeds are in a closet of one of the two bedrooms, which was unexpected but worked out fine for us. It was cozy and convenient to all things we needed.

Overall the house was great. Just a couple of things that could be addressed. The hottub cover was so worn and damaged that we thought it was going to break every time we opened it. One night it rained and there were so many holes in the cover, the next morning when we opened it, a lot of cold dirty water went into the hottub because it ran through the styrofoam in the lid. It was a bit gross. Also, we loved having the coffee pot in the kitchen but we had to pry it off the burner the first time we used it. Obviously the coffee had spilled during making the last time and burned on the burner and the glass pot was stuck to it. The pot wasn't the correct one for the coffee maker so we had to use a scissors stuck between the pot and the burner to raise the pot up enough to activate the coffee maker under the filter to make the coffee. Also, usually at the VRBO's I've stayed at the host provided the coffee. We only had enough for a half of pot. The dishes in the cupboard required rewashing also. Other than those two minor things, the place was great. Loved the access to a washer and dryer and the location was fine.
