E-Town House, Peaceful Country Escape, Local Gem 1-Mile to Town, Pac-Man Arcade

This is a great place in a little town that doesn’t have a lot of options for places to stay. It was perfectly clean with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, tons of room and a huge yard to enjoy. The communication with the owner was easy with quick responses. We will definitely stay here in the future!

The house is roomy, clean, quiet and works great for us.

I have stayed here multiple times - it's my first choice VRBO when I visit Emmett. The house is so clean, so comfortable, and location super convenient. I really appreciate how well stocked the kitchen is as far as equipment, dishes, etc.

Cute house!

It is a spotless, comfy home in the country. So quiet, great open spaces. Easy checkin. I would make two very small suggestions (neither would stop me from staying here again!). My husband was sorry he could not watch watch watch football on a network channel, and I tripped a couple of times on the area rug in the living room. It was beautiful but a little hazardous. Others, everything great.

We were in town for our son’s wedding and it was a perfect place for us. Very comfortable and clean. And in a beautiful part on town. We would definitely stay there again.

This home was so clean and perfect for what we needed! The yard is huge and was great for the kids when they wanted to play. The home was spotless and great for hanging out but also comfortable for bedtime. We would definitely stay here again!

A very cozy and clean house. We had a small misunderstanding with the owner. My son's wedding was nearby, and we brought a lot of wedding equipment with us. The owner mistakenly thought we were planning to hold the wedding at his property, which caused some concern. He called me on the day of the wedding to express this, but of course, we never intended to host the event there. I believe I was able to clear up the misunderstanding. We often rent properties for our vacations and always make sure to leave the homes just as we found them.

This was a great location for our travel plans and very nice place to stay.

We stayed at this property for a family reunion. Beds were comfy, a very nice tidy home. We loved the pasture out back and the horses and cows. Lovely, well appointed place to stay. Shauna was very responsive and helpful. Check in a breeze. Thanks.

A very clean house in a nice quiet country setting. The beds were very comfortable and close to stores in Emmett.

place was quiet. and everyone was nice. There were a few things that i told the host about that needed some attention. i’m assuming the other guest that stayed before of didn’t say anything. It’s a nice clean house. I would recommend to a friend.

2nd time here, won't be the last. Perfect place to stay when visiting Emmett family. Love the open, well-stocked kitchen. Shauna is a most gracious and generous host. See you in June for cherry fest.

The house was very clean and very comfortable. We initially had a difficult time getting into the house as I was never notified with the passcode to unlock the door key pad. Upon arriving at the property, I spent 15 minutes trying to get someone to give me the passcode to get in. I sent multiple Emails to the host asking her to call me with the passcode but she was not willing to tell l me the code over the phone. Apparently, she originally sent me an email with the door code, but I never received the email. After about 20 minutes I did end up getting a call from somebody at VRBO and eventually was able to get him to tell me the passcode. Other than that issue everything else was fine.

Ir was probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Everything was so beautiful. Peaceful.

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Property is in a quiet neighborhood. Well maintained and clean. Lots of room inside and well furnished. We enjoyed the covered patio in back and large lawn. Good communications with owner. It was a problem free stay and would certainly recommend it

This house was perfect for our stay in Emmett. My sister, Mom, and I, each had a bedroom and plenty of space. The back patio was perfect for drinking coffee on in the morning. We loved the Pac-Man machine. The location is great on the edge of town. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great with Shauna and I will stay here again the next time I go visit my brother!

Very comfortable, quiet, beautiful. Only disappointment was the fact we were looking forward to sitting out back and enjoyig the view and country, but the mosquitos took over and we were not able to enjoy the outdoors.

Was clean & comfortable for our family of 6. Enjoyed our stay & was perfect location to visit family in Emmett.
