Nicely redone cottage.

The proprty is fantastic for families and pet friendly. The host is very easy to reach and fast and friendly about resolving any issues. There is a park and a grocery store within walking distance. The only warning I have about the property is the stairs at front door are a little steep. But the backdoor has a rail and is easier for those with bad knees, or hips. And the floors squeaks. But this is our second stay and I would highly recommend.

Comfortable and clean

We stayed her for University or Oregon graduation weekend! Three separate families stayed together and it was great for us to be close together! The PAC-Man game machine made it even more fun and bring us oldies back to our childhood! We had all the accommodations and everything we needed!

House was just as described. Very clean. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Park across the street was beautiful. Our dog loved the dog park there.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Location was great, communication with owner was great, ease of everything was fantastic. We had a small issue with the door, owner was so quick to respond to my message and make arrangements to rectify the issue. Little things I wasn't expecting were provided, and the overall experience was fantastic!

Just perfect for visiting family nearby.

This house was a great place to get together with family and have dinners and game nights. Would definitely come back!

I truly admire the warm and inviting atmosphere of the home. The way the soft lighting creates a gentle glow, combined with the comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor, makes it feel like a peaceful retreat. It’s the kind of space that wraps you in a sense of comfort and relaxation, making it so easy to feel right at home.

Took the family for a quick work and vacation weekend. The location was perfect and the place had everything we needed.

Excellent location; easy off the freeway, close to shopping. Well appointed, lots of storage for staying a few days. Bed was good. Wifi, instant access, appreciated Netflix. Back yard secure, good for our two 10 pound poodles.

The overall stay was great. The property is located on a super busy road so the road noise was a little loud. The backyard was a little rough so if BBQ'ing and hanging outside is your preference this likely is not the property for you. The house was clean and had all the accommodations you could need/want. Plus there was a vast supply of super soft plushy blankets - A+.

This property is very clean and managed very well! It's located on a busy street but right across from it is an amazing dog park! My doggo loved it. My sister and I used this spot to reminisce about when we lived in South Eugene as children! Thank you for the great visit.

Clean and very convenient. It was as advertised

This was a very nice place within 10 minutes of downtown. We had two little dogs so the dog park across the street was perfect. Loved the dishwasher and laundry. We were ok with the hot water taking a while in the shower, it was super clean and with excellent shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Air conditioner really helped in the main room, fans in bedrooms. Games in the closet! I’d recommend this house.

This was a perfect place for our group of seven! Very clean and tidy, it had everything we needed, too. This is a beautiful home.

Beautiful three bedroom property in Eugene that provides all the comforts of home in a centrally located and accessible area. Walking distance from grocery and restaurants and prime location for University of Oregon and Downtown Eugene.
