Vintage Bungalow. It’s Better than a hotel. spread out & enjoy the space.

The house was in a nice neighborhood, very clean and warming environment.

Owner was accommodation and allowed us early access. House does have some issues and tripping hazards as it appears to be having some renovations being done to it. Definitely a vintage home.

We had the whole family in town for the weekend to see our son play hockey. This was the perfect place to stay! Like the headline says, better than a hotel (and more economical)! The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The living room area was perfect for relaxing and playing a few games. Washrooms were well stocked and super clean. The host was always super responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property and will be staying here again.

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable, which are the main things I need when I'm away. Had Netflix available as well. Was a good place to stay.

Check in took at bit of time but Corey was quick to respond and we cleared up the hiccup in no time. Home was clean, area was quiet.

The vintage bungalow is just an alright place to stay. The beds are comfortable but as for other seating in the home, not so much. The yellow couch had plywood under the cushions and the other chairs in the living room weren't comfortable unless you used a decorative pillow to sit on top of because the seating cushions were sunken in/worn out. The washrooms were both mainly tidy but we weren't provided with enough towels so our host had to have the cleaner drop more off after we previously asked our host to have enough towels for all 6 of us. During our stay there was also no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. For things to do in the home we had access to lots of streaming services on the tv, a pool/air hockey table downstairs, a pool outside (which we would've used if it were warmer outside), a trampoline, a fire pit and another tv under the covered part of the backyard space. Our host Corey was helpful although at times not quickly responsive. This home is in a great location within a short walking distance to the casino and other restaurants close by and is a short drive to the rest of what Yorkton has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay in this Yorkton home. House is well equipped with TV, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher (really nice to have that!). Bed was big and comfy and the bedroom had plenty of closet space. The backyard was big and our dog was very pleased to sniff all around it. Since it was winter, we didn't have any use for the patio area but it looked like it would probably be very nice place to hang out on summer nights. Location was great, quiet neighbourhood. Nowhere in Yorkton is much of a drive so you can get anywhere you need to go quickly. Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!
