The villa can accommodate up to five guests and is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi connection. It features two private gardens where you can unwind, dine outdoors, or simply enjoy the scent of lemon trees carried by the sea breeze.

The first garden, about 40 sqm, is furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, and a parasol, shaded by trees. You’ll also find a wood-fired oven and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco dinners. The second garden, spanning about 1500 sqm, offers an intimate and shaded space with seating and a stunning panoramic view of the hills and the sea — a true corner of serenity.

Located just 2.5 km from Piano di Sorrento, the villa is close to restaurants, shops, and public transport connections to Capri, Pompeii, and Positano. The nearest beach is only 4 km away, easily reachable by car. Free private parking is available inside the property, accessed via a short outdoor staircase of about five steps.

Upon arrival, guests must present a valid ID for registration with the Italian police (PS).

Tourist tax: €4.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
