The entrance is into the air-conditioned living room, furnished with a dining room and complete with ceiling fans, grates and TV. The kitchenette has a gas oven and mosquito nets on the window.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom with ceiling fans, 1 double bedroom with direct access to the back garden, and 1 full shower room.
At the back there is an outdoor space equipped for spending time outdoors. Under the large canopy there are table and chairs for outdoor dining, laundry room, washing machine, outdoor shower with box.
Mosquito nets are present only on windows. Air conditioning is in the living room.

The house is very close to the beach and the marina. The location is strategic because it allows you to reach in a few minutes walk the center, the promenade, the shopping streets and all services.
The nearest beach is Lido Li Marangi less than 200 meters away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare).
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
