Stayed Feb 14, 2023The villas and grounds are very clean, though the villa patios were not swept. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. As these villas are outside of Bucerias it was very difficult to get taxis or Ubers. Lots of time wasted waiting. As I rented for a longer term I was not aware I would have to pay for my sheets and towels to be laundered. Religion should not be discussed with guests as it is a sensitive subject.

Stayed Nov 29, 2022When we got directions to our rental 9hrs. prior to our arrival we were shocked to find the location was 3.5klm. away from the mapping in the rental listing as well the distance of .5klm shown to the beach. We ended up in a very remote area with no public transport or services. When confronting the host over the discrepancy he denied misleading us and told us that we could take a taxi. After showing him the discrepancy on the listing, he offered us a refund only if he was able to re-book our rental or portion of if we cancelled . We decided not to cancel considering someone else would be mislead and should we trust the host for the refund. At this time we have lost our total rental fee and had to search and pay for another rental. Truly a vacation nightmare.~~~Hans&Gail~~~From Canada.
