Tucked into the hillside of Mountain Village with ski-in/ski-out access off the Lower Village Bypass, Villas at Tristant 137 is an end-unit retreat for groups who want the mountain without the compromise. Four bedrooms sleep nine across three kings, a queen-over-twin bunk, with walls of glass framing the San Sophia Ridgeline from every level.

The main floor opens around vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows that pull the mountains indoors. The living room centers on a mounted flat-screen with surround sound, and sliding doors lead to a deck with lounge seating, a grill, and a front-row view of skiers coming down the bypass. The kitchen is built for group cooking — a large island with breakfast bar seating for three, Viking appliances, a built-in fridge, and a dining room that seats six beneath a picture window framing the ridgeline. A powder room rounds out this level.

Upstairs, a loft and office nook make a quiet work-from-the-mountain corner. The primary suite sits under vaulted ceilings with a king bed, sitting area, and a spa-caliber bath featuring a standalone soaking tub, walk-in rain shower, double vanity, and private water closet. The second upstairs bedroom is equally generous — king bed, en suite with a rain shower, and the same mountain views.

Downstairs is where the group settles in after last chair. A second living room with comfortable seating, board games, and a flat-screen opens to a patio with a private hot tub — prime for end-of-day soaks under the Colorado sky. Two more bedrooms anchor this level: a third king suite with built-ins, a flat-screen, and views of the mountains and hot tub (split en suite bath with walk-in shower), plus a bunk room with a twin-over-queen configuration, flat-screen, patio access, and an en suite featuring a double vanity and a clawfoot tub-shower combo. A full laundry room and direct ski-run access complete the lower level.

Mountain Village is Telluride's alpine-luxury sister — quieter than the historic downtown, but connected to it by the free gondola, a 13-minute ride that runs until midnight and doubles as one of the most scenic commutes in North America. In winter, you're skiing directly onto Telluride Ski Resort terrain from the property. In warmer months, the Village Trail delivers hiking and mountain biking from your doorstep, and the summer festival calendar — Bluegrass, Blues & Brews, Film — is a quick gondola ride away.

- When renting this home in the winter we recommend 4x4 vehicles and chains, as the property is located at the bottom of an incline. The road is plowed regularly however due to ice build-up it is very slick.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
- Please note that a Pack'n'Play and a High-Chair are available upon request.
- Please note Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    We were 4 couples and truly enjoyed this condo. Its location to the free gondolas was very convenient. The kitchen/living room space provided a comfortable space for hanging out. Hot tub was very nice. The only thing I would suggest would be to provide 2 more chairs for eating at the table, maybe 2 cushy folding chairs in the closet. We would definitely stay here again! And the Avant Stay team were extremely responsive to our questions!! Appreciated that!

    This unit is in the best location in this neighborhood for true ski in / ski out. Just walk out the basement door and pop on the skis. For getting back there is a very short up hill walk that is needed, unless you can keep enough speed! Also easy to get to the market and mountain village. For both you walk along the ski slope for a few mins and then sidewalk. Under 10 mins and you’re at the market or mountain village!

    When they say ski in, ski out, they mean it. Walk out the door and clip in to get after it. Couldn't have been a better spot for our guys' trip to Telluride. Quiet spot, right off the slopes, perfect for our group to be able to have a nice place to come home to but also close enough to all the action in town (via the gondola). 10/10 recommend staying here for your group. Would be an awesome house for 2-3 families or a group of 6 guys like we had. Book it!

    Only here for 2 nights, but we all wish it could have been longer. Absolutely terrific property. Easy walk to Market and Gondola, and elsewhere all over the area, right from the front door! Only small negative was my wife felt the master bathroom lighting was a little dark. Fantastic kitchen which we used with groceries from the Market (first rate selection, BTW). We would stay here again in a heartbeat of back in Telluride.

    We always stay here because it’s the ideal location for our dog (lots of space to run on the trail beside and behind the house). It’s always very clean and has everything we need.
