Stayed Oct 1, 2022The unit was just like the pictures. The kitchen was very complete including large pans, plenty of plates, silverware, and glassware. The check in and out process was very easy. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. The location was super convenient for the grocery store and not a far drive from Disney or Sea World. The kids loved the lazy river and slide. We would stay here again.

Stayed May 21, 2022We had a great time. Water was shut off one night with lots of noise to fix the issue ( totally understandable) the morning we left there was no hot water. The accommodations were ok, however definitely needs an update

Stayed Apr 30, 2022The unit we were assigned (3806) was decent enough. Starting to show its age though. Needs a coat of paint, some floor tiles are cracked, garbage left over outside in the bins had attracted so many flies the back two decks were unusable. Not enough towels for more than 4 people unless you enjoy doing laundry every day. Washer/dryer works great, but is the smallest I've ever seen. The unit is comfortable enough overall, but feels like more of a hotel room than any other house/condo we have ever rented. The drive to the Disney area is 25 minutes if you hit absolutely zero traffic and 35 minutes to Universal studios. That being said, there is almost always bumper to bumper traffic. It always took us 50 minutes to get to Universal. The pool area is awesome, but busy. Couldn't ask for better facilities. The staff we dealt with were all great, especially the pool guy. We prefer a private pool and the drive to get to it turned it into enough of an inconvenience that we rarely used it. Regal Palms just wasn't for us I guess. Very average overall compared to most other places we've rented.

Stayed Mar 5, 2022Nice condo unit with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Plenty of space to spread out, but the roaches were not inviting. They were out most nights when we got back from the parks. 30 minutes to Disney and 45 to Universal. Nice pool, hot tub and lazy river. Bring your own tube if you want to float. Would come again (preferably with no bugs).
