Villas at Beach Cove Getaway W/ Bay/Ocean Views, Private Balcony & Shared Pool

We absolutely love this unit. We have stayed here multiple times. Perfect location to the beach. The bed on 1st floor is extremely uncomfortable & the shower stall on that same floor seems off (it feels like a spring under the floor is off it bounces when you step on it). The pool area key did not work though the code did. Those few negatives though would not deter us from renting this unit again. We loved our time and made great memories!

This is the second time we’ve rented this unit. We absolutely love the location. The walk to the beach is so easy & we love the pool area. We were given the wrong code for keyless check in which was easily fixed with a call to Vacasa. The unit was clean however a small box of garbage was left in the kitchen & there was a small amount of hair left on top of the drain of the 1st floor shower (5 minutes of cleaning on our part not a huge deal). My only true complaint is how extremely uncomfortable/firm the bed is on the 1st floor. All that being said, we would still rent this unit again! We had a wonderful family trip & so many memories made here!!

Just got back from an incredibles week. We had perfect weather and fabulous food. Really love Bethany Beach. The house is in a great location, right between South Bethany and Rehobeth. So easy to get everywhere. And so much to do. The only negative, which to me, wasn’t really that big of a deal, but others may disagree, is all the stairs. 4 flights can be a lot. But, only because there is so much space in the house. Plenty of spacious bedrooms with lots of storage. Every room has its own balcony. Lots of different living spaces. They have games to play and lots of kitchen necessities. We had an issue with the hot water on the second day, which harkened to be a Sunday. But the communication with Vacasa was amazing and they were there to fix it Monday morning. Great customer service. While we weren’t on the beach side, a quick 10 minute walk across the street (be careful crossing the major highway) and you could have your tires in the sand. No lifeguards on this beach fyi. Perfect amount of people. Great waves and places to play beach games. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful week. There was plenty of room and space for the 10 of us (the kids had a blast playing hide and seek). The place was clean and had everything we needed and extras. As reported on other reviews, there are a lot of stairs however the only time it was really and issue was when we were hauling our groceries to the kitchen on the top floor. The pool was nice however apparently there were some issues with the lock and they had a temporary lock on which we did not have the passcode for. Thankfully some other guests assisted with letting us in. We were able to cross the highway to get to the beach with just a little patience and caution. Once you get across the highway, there is a gate you can walk through and a nice path to a beautiful beach. (Just note, it is a fishing beach so Fri-Sun there were A LOT of people fishing). We had some very sad little kids when it was time to leave.

This was a nice condo complex with ample room for multiple families that affords privacy between floors of the unit. Ample living area complete with extra games, puzzles and blankets. With the exception of dish towels, the kitchen had good supplies. It was an easy walk across the road to the beach and Indian harbor condos, where our other family was staying. Other than some light bulbs being out and a shower curtain we replaced, the unit was clean and in good working order. Modern beach decor with loads of natural light makes this condo a lovely stay. Easy to get to shops and restaurants in both directions, making this location perfect.

The house is gray and it was clean and cozy, the only thing was that the ac was hard to control the temperatures between the levels of the house.

This is a lovely unit in quiet North Bethany. It was clean when we arrived. It is well decorated and the kitchen is very well stocked. There are beautiful bay views and it is an easy walk to the relatively uncrowded beach. As a previous reviewer noted, there are a lot of steps. This was not an issue for us and we liked the privacy and ability to spread out that the multiple levels provided, however, if steps are a concern it could be a problem because the kitchen and family room are on the top level.

Outdated a bit. No Keurig. Very hard to control AC. Would go down to 63 and we would have to turn off vs adjusting to a better temp. Definitely clean, lovely balconies, TV's just so so . Hard to operate. Channels were off from listings. Need more comfortable seating in big living room. Or ottomans.

This was a wonderful place to stay and get away from the city. You're steps from the beach, there are so many balconies that you can take in all of the great ocean air, and it's very spacious. Another reviewer mentioned the stairs, which to me, were a benefit. It's spread across 3 stories, but that meant that when went with three couples we had plenty of space to spread out. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. The living space on the top floor offered tons of light, beautiful views, and plenty of room for everyone. I would say this could easily accommodate 4 couples or larger family. You do have to cross route 1 to get to the beach, but with the pedestrian path and median, we found it very manageable. For us, it was great not to be in the downtown section because there was plenty of space on the beach and it was great to be out of the hustle and bustle. But you're only an 8 minute drive away.

This was perfect for two families with three kids to stay. There is a lot of stairs but would just recommend bringing a baby gate if renting with small children. Short drive to the beach but had a beautiful peer to send of paddle boards and smal community pool where we took the kids on the afternoon. Would totally rent this home again.
