Villages of Five Points Townhouse, Now Renting for 2026!

Great stay! Very clean, great amenities such as patio and kids space. Love the pool and tennis court access.

We absolutely loved the rental! It was spacious, well equipped for all our needs, and located in a safe, family friendly area. We took advantage of the beautiful 2 mile trail around the development and saw some turtles along the way. The rental was decorated so cute with a cozy patio, which was our favorite! It was very clean, had tons of bath towels, games, and lots of nice beach chairs we took advantage of. Check in and check out directions were clear and detailed and communication with the host was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this rental!

Each year my girlfriends and I go to the Delaware beaches for summer vacation. We have stayed at this place twice now and absolutely love it! The condo is very comfortable and the kitchen is super well stocked. The back patio is adorable and the pool is only a short walk away. The location is close to a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and the outlets. Our host, Pam, was very quick to communicate with our questions. We will definitely be renting here again!

My family had a wonderful stay and the property owners were so incredibly helpful and responsive. The house had every possible thing we needed and then some…beach chairs, games, kitchen needs, etc. So much care and consideration was made down to every last detail. We’ll be coming back again soon for sure!

Everyone in our family enjoyed this home. Spacious,comfortable and clean. Easy access to Rt1 in order to explore other areas. Host was great. We would stay again.

We were very impressed with this property. The pictures do not do it justice. The cleanliness & comfort exceeded our expectations. The home provided everything we could have needed from cookware to plenty of towels. It's located close to restaurants & grocery stores. We enjoyed the community pool & the Village at Five Points was quiet & felt safe. I would highly recommend staying here. Hope we get a chance to visit again!

This is the third year staying here and it was a great time as usual. Not busy. Traffic never an issue getting to/from the beach or restaurants/breweries. Great waves at Cape Henlopen public beach. Walkable neighborhood amenities great (pool, restaurants-fish on is fantastic, Arenas coffee shop). Minor gripe One star off for the first floor carpeting and furniture which could definitely use some updating, and mid floor shower/tub could use a good renovating. Xbox one a good bonus. Kids and adults both had a great time. Another successful family vacation. Thanks again

This house was exactly as shown in pictures and in the description. I usually clean our rentals as soon as we arrive because nothing is to my standards, but this house was immaculate, saving me time and energy. It also had everything we needed and although I did, I didn't need to pack our entire house! Linens, towels, paper products, spices, games, beach chairs and supplies...everything!!! The Village of Five Points had places to eat, swim, and play all within walking distance. The town of Lewes is quaint and welcoming. Parents, teenager, and grandma all agree that the best beach is at Cape Henlopen. We hope to visit this great house and community again sometime! We appreciate the details and thought that the hosts put into making one's stay comfortable and wonderful!!!

Unit itself is excellent- clean, well appointed, much bigger than it looked online. Spacious patio with nice furniture. Beach chairs to use and some toys as well. Area is great 10 mins to lewes 20-40 to rehoboth depending on traffic. Great pool, great restaurant for breakfast and lunch and a seafood spot for dinner. Grocery store and cvs adjacent to the area as well. Would give it 10/10!!!
