THE SPACE
Master is on the main level with a king size bed, adjoining bath with double vanity, separate shower and tub. Two guest bedrooms are upstairs with a queen and a full size bed, which sharea hall bathroom. Half bath downstairs off living space. Sleeper sofa located in the family room. There is an additional TV/Sunroom off the Kitchen.

Whether a romantic getaway or a family gathering, Village Walk is an excellent choice located at 104 Mews Circle. Occupancy maximums will be enforced and events may not be hosted at this location.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

    I really can’t recommend this place enough. It’s had everything we needed and the location was terrific! It was clean and well stocked. We will definitely be visiting this house again!

    Village Walk was a beautiful two story home that met the needs of our large family. It was well appointed and close to everything. We were able to walk to the main street of the village. The only down side was that it had no usable backyard space and it was really close to a building materials yard which made many loud sounds very early every morning.

    This home provided the ideal setting for a delightful two weeks spent in St. Simon Island. The home was comfortable, with a very well-supplied kitchen, adequate seating for visiting with family, and several good areas to relax with a good book. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to St. Simon Island.

    You just can't beat the location of the property relative to the downtown. A great property with three parking spaces that can suit up to three family units of two each.

    Beautiful house located a block from the pier and shops. Perfect location. Clean and nicely furnished. A short bike ride to the airport and other places. You can't go wrong staying here.
