The large island seats 3, while the dining table comfortably seats 6—perfect for shared meals and conversation after a day on the slopes.

In the living area, a cozy gas fireplace sits beneath a 65 Roku TV, surrounded by comfortable seating. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio with a gas grill—ideal for summer evenings or après-ski relaxation.

Upstairs, you’ll find all four bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and Roku TV. Three additional bedrooms include two queens and a twin-over-full bunk, each with their own Roku TV. The hallway includes a full bath and a washer/dryer tucked behind bifold doors for convenience.

Everything in Ellicottville is within easy reach. Most guests enjoy walking to the village along sidewalks from Fillmore Street, while Holiday Valley and HoliMont are just a short 5-minute drive away. The townhouse includes garage and driveway parking for up to three vehicles, and quick access to Routes 219 and 242 makes day trips simple.
