Village Townhouse #7 - comfort in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor, minimum 30 night stay

The location of the townhouse was the BEST! No need to drive anywhere in town but there is a designated parking space for a car if you plan on adventuring at all. Having a washer and dryer upstairs was handy. There were plenty of fans to use if you need more than just windows open. Walking in the evening always felt safe and the area was typically very quiet. I would stay at the townhouse again for sure!!

The location was close and an easy walk to most things in Bar Harbor. However, there was a considerable amount of noise from vehicle traffic and foot traffic at all hours. There is no a/c and with open windows that doesn’t work for a light sleeper. The description listed a fireplace and a grill. We did not see a grill and the fireplace had a tag that stated to not use it. There was a fan to extract hot air from the entire unit and there was a tag stating it was broken. They did have three portable fans available in a closet. It was clean and the kitchen was nice. Having two bathrooms was a plus as well.

For the 3 of us this was a perfect size condo that was very comfortable and provided everything we needed in what I feel is an amazing location in Bar Harbor. Also the hosts gave us a jar of blueberry jam as a welcome gift!

If you don’t mind stairs this condo is great. Easy 1/4 mike walk to all the shops bars and restaurants. Nice balcony overlooking bar harbor street. The bedroom is large and airy kitchen and living room very nice. I didn’t need a/c just opened windows and ceiling fans. I don’t think it has a/c not sure. Plenty of closet space and a bathroom on both floors.

The townhouse was clean, and apparent that it is being taken care of well. When you open the front door there is a flight of stairs, which took us by surprise; and then another flight of stairs to the bedroom and main bath. There is a toilet room off the kitchen. We absolutely loved the location. Walking distance to the main part of town. Bar Harbor and the surrounding area is worth a visit. We loved it!

My family enjoyed staying in this townhouse. It felt like we were home (when we were actually there) and not stuck in a hotel room while we were on vacation. We had plenty of room with the living room, kitchen and very large master bedroom. An added plus was the washer and dryer. The kids enjoyed the free wi-fi and all the TV channels available. This property is only 2 blocks from Bar Harbor's main street of shops and restaurants and the Island Explorer buses. When we come back we will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I spent a week here at the end of June and it was AMAZING! Check-in and check-out were super smooth and directions were clear. The location is great for traveling to Acadia National Park and also walking to the downtown area for dinner, shopping, and taking in the sights of Bar Harbor. The accommodations offered some newer renovations and was the perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking or strolling around town. We will definitely keep this location in mind for future trips to the area.
