Originally a beloved local physician’s office, this home has been thoughtfully converted into two separate apartments while maintaining its historic character. The quirky layout reflects its past life: dining rooms in old waiting areas, bedrooms in exam rooms, and even a desk nook where the receptionist once sat. It’s a one-of-a-kind blend of nostalgia, comfort, and functionality.



The Loft (Upstairs):

This second-floor apartment features 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with a cozy bunk bed), 1 full bath, and an additional half bath. A charming dining booth, living room, kitchen, and office nook make it ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Please note this unit has guests below, so it’s best suited for respectful, quieter gatherings.



The Flat (Downstairs):

House Policies:

No pets allowed (except trained service animals). Please respect quiet hours from 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM. This is a cherished neighborhood with year-round residents.
