Stayed May 22, 2026This was the most charming, spacious home to stay in. Loved the Village of Cape Vincent. Great small businesses, still actively functioning Tibbitts Point lighthouse. Proximity to Clayton/Alexandria Bay without the touristy feel. Our host Robert King is very nice. The house is so nicely decorated with great antiques and a nod to the water it sits on. The rooms are spacious, 4 bedrooms all with a theme. I could go on! So happy I chose this property for our sisters trip. I hope I can come again

Stayed Aug 11, 2024We really enjoyed our stay here. It's truly the perfect location. 10 second walk to the river. 30 seconds to the market and 40 seconds to the coffee shop! It was well stocked with the basics, and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024The property was very clean. Located right next to the Village Green. Shopping was very close by. The people we met were very friendly. A trip to Kingston went very well. We even caught the return ferry as it was pulling away from the dock on Wolfe Island. He pulled back in and loaded us aboard. We caught the tour boat in Alexandria Bay and found it to be close by. A lovely time was had by all

Stayed Jun 21, 2024My Father lives in Cape Vincent and my family came up for a long weekend to celebrate his 82nd Birthday! The house was beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for your stay! Very clean and beautifully decorated and located right in town, walking distance to everything! Highly recommend and we will definitely enjoy many more stays here!
