Easy to find and access. Kids had a great time at the pools. Great kitchen and laundry setup, and had a grocery store close by.

Your condo is great. It is modern, very clean, and nicely decorated . I loved your nautical decor! The laundry soap, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. were more than I expected. The bed was so comfortable- loved the comforter! All the linens were very nice. I was a little disappointed that we were not “on” the pool ( from the pictures) but it turned out okay. Thanks for the great vacation.

Great location. Friendly host. Super convenient. The beds are comfortable even the pull out couch. Just wish we booked an extra day.

Such a great location! Single mom of 4 kiddos and this was a great stay! The owners left a book of information about the location and property and places nearby to do fun things and it was such a lifesaver! It’s right by the beach, and down the street from gas stations and small grocers which was so convenient! Only issue I would say was the pull-out sofa has a really thin mattress but other than that I would say it was perfect. The pool was so delightful and large and my kids loved it!

We stayed during July 4th weekend. Parking was directly in front of the house. Place was very clean. High ceiling, plenty of towels, and spacious. Would def stay again.

The beach was within easy walking distance, and even faster driving by car or golf cart (which you could rent nearby). The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities (towels, wash cloths, dish soap, paper towels, etc) and even some items of use on the beach (boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, a few beach towels and beach toys). This was a huge plus for us when packing for the trip. It is just down the road a bit from the beach, and also not far off from the main roads with lots of good food and a couple fun places to shop.

Pool was nice. We wish there was a hot tub. The bunks were in the hallway which was odd but we made it work.

Kim has really thought through anything we might need to make our stay comfortable and convenient!! A binder to explain everything, restaurant reviews, beach supplies, bath accessories. Seriously, you name it, it was there! We had some issues with our access code ( out of her control) however, she was so quick to respond and resolve this issue. Hands down the best place we have stayed and completely worth time and cost! We will be back!

Host was extremely communicative upon and before arrival. Very clean and all descriptions of property very accurate. Would highly recommend staying at this cozy beach retreat !

Just wanted to give a shoutout for the quality of the bedding. The down comforter and softness of the master bed was amazing. We slept so good!

This is a great property for a family! My kiddos and I really enjoyed the condo, it was just as described and clean, the pool was great, and it’s all very close to the beach. The owner is wonderful and very good about communicating. Highly recommend!

We were very hesitant to come after we saw the weather , but after speaking to Kim she reassured us and even told us that the beaches were open before we came! I’m so glad we did and we will definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house felt very homie and was close to everything.

The place was in a perfect location and tastefully decorated. The property is family friendly. The host was responsive when we arrived at the wrong location. Google maps is confusing bc the place is still new. It was also very clean and no mold/ mildew smells. We would definitely return.

My family had a great time staying here, the property itself is great because of the pool amenities & proximity to the beach. And this specific condo was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and very clean. We appreciated the comfy bed. Owner was kind and responsive. Only minor feedback would be that the bathroom was pretty dark, multiple light bulbs (3 of 5) were out. Otherwise a perfect stay!
