Stayed Mar 16, 2025We loved this spacious and quiet place. The gated neighborhood was perfect for evening walks for great grandma and our 1 year old granddaughter. The pools were also perfect for a convenient cool off and play time for everyone. The large shallow area was per for a toddler. German was also a responsive host and cleared up water issues right away. He also allowed us to have a later check out which saved us from driving the whole clan to the airport and back en route to our next destination.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay we had more than enough room for it just being us the house was very clean and the hard and the complex was very well kept. We were 10 minutes from downtown and Uber cost us no more than $6 to and from there and back plus it’s about the same for the beach I highly recommend this place

Stayed Jan 13, 2024As a couple, the villa was larger than we needed but the extra space was perfect for a long term stay. Everything you could possibly need to live and make meals was provided by the owner. Very safe community with easy walk to new grocery store. Friendly neighbours with mix of locals and expats. Easy uber ride downtown to Medano beach and local restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed Feb 4, 2023We have just gotten back from 2 weeks at this property. There was just the 2 of us, but there are 2 more bedrooms with bathrooms and so easily could have had room for 4 more people. The complex is modern, clean, well maintained, with excellent security. We didn't rent a car and used Uber all the time, with no issues. House was well stocked, with everything we needed, right down to the bottle of wine sitting on the table for us. There was coffee in for cupboard, and water cooler with full jug of water. Kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes, utensils, etc. to make your own meals, and bathrooms had enough towels, etc. Fresco was a short walk away (or drive if you have a car) for any groceries needed. Views from the upper deck were of the bay were a great way to start and end days. The pool, which is 3 doors down, was a great way to spend days. All in all the property is all you could want for a great trip.
