Stayed Aug 10, 2024The property was in a great location and allowed us to visit many different places. The owner and Margherita and other staff that came to the property or we communicated with were very friendly. The house Wi-Fi was however an issue as my husband needed to work and was very slow. He was unable to use mobile data as he had no signal. We enjoyed our stay and we all enjoyed using the pool on hot date. In all previous properties we have stayed in there has always been some things left by previous occupiers which meant we didn’t have to buy everything. These were things like salt, pepper, hand liquid soap, dishwasher tablets, cleaning fluids, tea towels, foil and cling film etc. So our first shop was more expensive than previous vacations. I would suggest the owner sorts the WiFi issue or clearly state it is slow. Had we known how it was we probably would have not booked as this was a big issue for us, which would be a shame as lovely property and location,

Stayed Jun 29, 2024We spent a wonderful week at Le Capanne. Margherita was a super helpful host and the place was truly beautiful. The only flaw is that at check-in we found the material in the kitchen (plates, glasses, pots etc.) very dirty. Everything else was fine, we are really satisfied and had a very pleasant stay.

Stayed Sep 10, 2023We had 17 in our group. We loved this property! We had great communication and response from the owner. We day-tripped several mornings to other Tuscan hill towns and looked forward to the pool upon return. The property is divided into 4 apartments of 2 bedrooms (and in a couple of cases an extra sleeping area with a sofa bed). Each had a kitchen and at least 1 bathroom, although some had two bathrooms. I cannot do this property justice with this description, but I would rent it again when we return.
