La Fauvelière is a spacious family villa of 440m² in the heart of a large enclosed and secure plot of 2000m² shaded by pine trees. Located near the town centre of Saint Brévin L'Océan, shops, casino, spa, bars and restaurants and 350m from the large beach of L'Océan, it has 6 bedrooms, a children's dormitory and an outdoor covered Jacuzzi and can accommodate up to 15 people.



The house comprises:

On the ground floor, an entrance serving two master suites, one of which has a bathtub.

The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, MIELE oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, teapot, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, hot plate, food processors and much more… The dining room provides access to a tiled terrace of 20m² recently renovated with an electric awning. The TV lounge has a desk area with WIFI and Ethernet connection. (Fibre network). Decorative fireplace not available during your stay.



The floor provides access to two master suites with en-suite bathrooms and WC, two bedrooms with twin beds. A bathroom and independent toilet complete this floor.

In the basement, you have a dormitory with two single beds and a bunk bed, a large games room with billiards, table football and table tennis table. A laundry room with large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron and an additional shower complete this lower level.



For maximum comfort, childcare equipment is available to you (travel cot, baby bed and high chair) as well as garden tables, chairs, sun loungers, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.



You will be able to park up to 3 vehicles on the property.

The covered outdoor hot tub is available all year round.
